Dale Kaufmann - CEO

Our Chief Executive Officer, Dale Kaufmann, brings an impressive breadth of operational experience spanning over three decades. Also, as an NXL Board of Directors member, Mr. Kaufmann is a vital asset to our team. His diverse portfolio includes asset management, business restructuring, quality control, and business start-ups. Mr. Kaufmann is responsible for the implementation and collaboration of the Skids and Fabricated Equipment & Strategic Planning. He provides guidance and coaching to our VPs, Managers, and Supervisors while overseeing the Engineering team. His understanding of business development strengthens our operations in skids and fabricated equipment. Mr. Kaufmann held several leadership roles with companies recognized within the industry, such as C.O.O. at Peak Energy Services, and S.V.P. with Clean Harbors, Quinn's Rental Services and personal startups, Shark Oilfield Rentals and Titan Energy Services. Each role added to his understanding of the industry, from asset management and operations restructuring to business expansion and strategic planning. His background in start-up and mature business environments and his hands-on experience in mechanical engineering have equipped him with a unique blend of strategic, technical, and leadership skills. Mr. Kaufmann is an alumnus of the Queen's Business Development program, where he honed his expertise in finance, strategic mergers, and business leadership.

Dylan Winkler

Pioneering our efforts in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region is Dylan Winkler, Vice President - MENA. Entrusted with the collaborative development and implementation of the MENA Strategic Plan, he is instrumental in increasing MENA sales and overall regional performance. He serves as a guiding figure, working in sync with the Director of Operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Operations Managers in the United Arab Emirates. Through this collaborative mentorship, they jointly steer operations and stimulate business development across the expansive MENA region. Mr. Winkler joined the NXL team in May 2022, marking a new phase in a career in the oil and gas service sector that began in 2005. Before joining NXL, he served as the Director of Canadian Operations for TAM International. As an alumnus of the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary, Mr. Winkler developed a strong aptitude for leading teams and expanding businesses into new or underperforming markets. His passion for leadership and business growth perfectly aligns with NXL's focus on innovation and global expansion. Mr. Winkler's leadership philosophy is deeply rooted in servant leadership and teamwork. His commitment to preserving and enhancing this culture within the MENA team is a testament to his emphasis on people-first leadership. Jeremy Goetzinger

Steering our American operations is Jeremy Goetzinger, Vice President - USA. Tasked with implementing our USA Strategic Plan, he oversees the expansion of USA sales and market development. His leadership extends to our USA operations and sales team based in Williston, Houston, and Midland. Mr. Goetzinger brings a wealth of industry experience to his role at NXL. He started his career with Pure Energy Services, progressing from a Wireline Operator to a Sales Representative. His exceptional performance led him to Nine Energy Service, where he held leadership roles, including Vice President of Wireline West. Since joining NXL in 2020, he has grown our US Business unit, expanding services into new regions and enriching our team. With his educational background, including Strategic Sales Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, Mr. Goetzinger is well-equipped to navigate the energy industry's complexities. His commitment to continuous learning and adaptation has been instrumental in responding to the ever-changing landscape of the oil and gas industry. Mr. Goetzinger's leadership philosophy involves fostering a culture of trust and mentorship. Scott Wilson - Chairman

Scott Wilson is the Vice President of Manufacturing. With over 20 years of combined experience in the oil and gas manufacturing industry, Mr. Wilson is a cornerstone of our manufacturing operations. Since NXL's inception in 2021, he has been instrumental in enhancing the company's manufacturing capabilities and systems. He and our team has kept pace with product demand and emerging technologies. As one of the founding partners of Nexus Energy Technologies, Mr. Wilson brings a wealth of experience and innovation to his role. His dedication and performance in the field led to his recognition in 2013 as one of the top 20 individuals under 40 in the Canadian manufacturing industry by MP&P Magazine. Mr. Wilson, the chairman of the Program Advisory Council for the Machinist Technology Program at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), is a proud alumnus of the institution. Holding a Red Seal Journeyman in Machining, he exemplifies his dedication to nurturing the next generation of machinists. Before venturing into the energy sector, Mr. Wilson honed his skills in the aerospace industry, working on prototype helicopters and machining work for related turbines. This diverse background has enriched his knowledge and expertise, enabling him to easily tackle complex manufacturing challenges. His leadership continues to drive our manufacturing excellence, ensuring NXL remains at the forefront of the industry.

Stephen McCall - VP

Stephen McCall is our Vice President of Corporate Services. Directing global equipment pricing strategies, contributing to sales revenue projections, and steering several pivotal departments, including Canadian and Inside Sales, IT, and Quality Business Management Systems, are all a part of his vital role in our operational success. His management of client relationships, including onboarding, strengthens NXL's corporate standing. Mr. McCall's association with NXL stems from his time as a co-founder of Nexus Energy Technologies, which merged with Lee Specialties to form the dynamic entity we are today. His prior role as a draftsman at Lee Specialties and his Diploma in Computer Aided Design and Drafting from SIAST laid a solid foundation for his leadership at NXL. As an advocate for continuous professional growth, Mr. McCall maintains an active membership with ASET, a testament to his dedication to upholding industry standards and prioritizing public safety. This commitment is seen in his leadership at NXL, ensuring our compliance with industry norms and our dedication to exceeding them. He champions a work culture that values safety, confidence, and exceptional customer service. As an advisor to the NXL Board of Directors, Mr. McCall continues to provide strategic counsel.

Steven Becker

Steven Becker, our Vice President of Finance, is at the helm of NXL Technologies' financial operations. He manages the company's overall financial strategy, accounting operations, financial reporting, annual budgeting, and vital relationships with our banks and auditors. Mr. Becker graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2010 and later earned the esteemed Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2017. His extensive knowledge and training in finance provide a solid foundation for his role within NXL. One of his achievements at NXL was leading the finance department through the significant transition of our legacy companies' financial tools and processes. The successful implementation of combined payroll, RRSP, 401K schemes, and the migration of several districts onto the unified M1 ERP system is a testament to his leadership and dedication. Looking ahead, Mr. Becker envisions NXL continuing to build its reputation as the premier manufacturer of pressure control equipment. He is confident that we will strengthen our standing in the industry through continuous innovation and delivering top-tier solutions to our clients.
