Andrew is an Analyst at Northpath Investments and is responsible for due diligence of the firm's new acquisitions as well as asset management of the firm's portfolio. Prior to Northpath, Andrew had multiple internships within the real estate industry including roles focused on property management, leasing, and acquisitions. Andrew has been actively involved in $150M+ worth of real estate transactions in his career. Andrew graduated magna cum laude from NYU Schack's MSRE program with a concentration in finance & investment and holds a bachelor's from the University of Florida with a major in finance & minor in real estate.

Asher holds an MS in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, as well as a BA in Economics from Queens College.

Colin is Vice President of Acquisitions at Northpath Investments and is responsible for underwriting and analyzing potential acquisitions and financing commercial real estate investments. Colin has 7 years of real estate investment experience and during the course of his career has directly contributed to $902 million in real estate transactions. Prior to Northpath, Colin was a Director of Acquisitions & Asset Management at Thor Equities. Colin holds a BA in Finance from University of Miami.
Dan is responsible for Investor Relations at Northpath. During his 15 years in the industry Dan had the pleasure to serve in the real estate department of his family's three chains of retail stores, and helped to establish MCP, a family office that manages a portfolio of retail properties throughout the tri-state area. Dan has served as General Partner and managed acquisitions of value add shopping centers and multi-family properties, and invests in ground-up multi-family projects in downtown central business districts. Dan graduated from the Columbia MS in Real Estate & Development program in 2010.

Geoff is a Principal at Northpath Investments and is responsible for overseeing the firm's operations and asset management. Geoff has 15 years of real estate investment experience and during the course of his career has been involved in over $1.5 billion of real estate transactions. Prior to Northpath, he was a Managing Director at Crescendo Real Estate Partners, Senior Associate at Structure Tone Equities, and an Associate at ARC Global Partners. Geoff holds a BS in Finance from Pennsylvania State University, Smeal College of Business.

Gershon is the founder of Northpath Investments and is responsible for overseeing the firm's acquisitions and investors relations. Gershon has over 20 years of real estate experience and has purchased and managed more than 50 properties, primarily located in Northeast & New York metropolitan markets. Gershon's traditional focus has been on ground up development and value-add transactions, and has the experience to navigate through complicated transactions that have significant leasing, environmental, and entitlement risk.
