O Colchete is a garment production company, founded in 1989 by the hand of Maria Goretti Pires de Sousa, operating between sourcing raw materials to high quality clothing manufacturing. The garments produced are regularly presented in several runways such as: Paris Fashion Week, London Fashion Week, New York Fashion Week, Milan Fashion Week... We provide a wide variety of in-house solutions to accommodate different kinds of projects and production sizes. From high tech processes - automatic cutting or thermoplastic - to small traditional works, our solutions include: embroidery (both hand and machine made), beads, stones and other kind of applications, printing (screen printing , digital and digital with placement), pleating and knitwear. We source cotton, silks, jersey and leather. We also produce leather garments, bags and other accessories.
