The name On Point Personnel LLC was chosen to reflect our goal, to be on point both clients, and workers. We are a family owned company, based in the DFW area. We opened business in 2015, after gaining experience with other temporary companies. Our mission since the beginning has been to help people have a source of income for their families, and to be the best option to solve the personnel needs for our customers and grow within our area. ----- We see ourselves as a forward looking group of passionate property professionals with the relevant experience to match.
