Prior to joining One Queen Capital, Alec worked at BMO Capital Markets in their Investment Banking practice covering a broad range of sectors where he executed on various mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. Prior to that, Alec worked at Brookfield's global advisory practice where he executed on a variety of real estate transactions. Alec is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary.

Andrew Alley

Andrew is Managing Director, Head of Infrastructure, North America & Australasia at CPP Investments. He has served in senior roles in Infrastructure in CPP Investment's Hong Kong, Sydney, London and Toronto offices. Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2007, Andrew worked in the Energy Investment Banking group at RBC Capital Markets in Calgary, Alberta and in the Business Development group at Pengrowth Energy Trust. Andrew holds a BA, Finance from Michigan State University, and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario. He is a CFA charterholder.

Brenda J. Eprile

Brenda is a seasoned corporate director. She has chaired Audit, Governance and Human Resources and Compensation Committees and been Board Chair of two public companies. Currently, Brenda is Board Chair of Global Container Terminals GCT Inc. and she chairs the Audit Committees of Westport Fuel Systems Inc. and Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure plc, both public companies listed on NASDAQ. She also chairs the Audit Committee for Canary Medical Inc. Brenda led mortgage lender Home Capital Group's Board in responding to a severe liquidity and regulatory crisis in April 2017. She was involved in securing the support of Berkshire Hathaway as a strategic sponsor and in settling major regulatory and class action litigation, as well as overseeing a revamping of the Board and the hiring of a new CFO and CEO. Brenda's past roles also include running the risk consulting practice for PwC Canada and building their national regulatory consulting practice assisting financial services firms, public companies, and regulators. Prior to her twenty-year consulting career, Brenda was a senior member of the Ontario Securities Commission as Chief of Staff (Executive Director), capping twelve years as a Securities Regulator.

Chelsa Dai

Chelsa started her career at EY in 2019 where she completed her co-op placements in the Toronto Audit Group (TAG) and Financial Services Organization (FSO) divisions of the assurance practice. She began her full-time experience in 2022 where she worked primarily on asset management clients. Chelsa is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Ontario) and graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management and Master of Accounting from the University of Waterloo.

Christopher Shaw - Managing Director

Prior to One Queen Capital, Christopher spent seven years at Scotiabank, most recently as a Director in their Global Investment Banking practice. Prior to that role, Christopher worked at Axium Infrastructure where he executed on the acquisition of various infrastructure assets across North America. Prior to joining Axium Infrastructure, Christopher worked at Deloitte in various advisory roles. Christopher is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and has a Bachelor of Commerce (High Distinction) from the University of Toronto.

Connor Lorenz

Connor began his career at KPMG in 2019, joining the audit practice in Toronto. He specialized in working with companies in the real estate sector. In 2022, he transferred internally to the Transaction Services team, where he performed financial due diligence for clients in various industries. Connor holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Accounting from MacMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Ontario).

Derek Wan

Jennifer Johnson

Jennifer started her career in 2012 and has a breadth of experience in office operations and administration. Before joining OQC as one of the initial employees, Jennifer oversaw the office operations and administrative services at the newly established Canadian headquarters of Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, one of Germany's largest banks. Before moving to Toronto in 2018, Jennifer held the role of Executive Assistant at the ZDHC Foundation in Amsterdam, Netherlands, in which she provided administrative assistance to the Executive Director and worked closely with the Operations Director to grow the company. Prior to that, Jennifer lived in Vienna, Austria, where she worked in the Environmental Matters Unit at the OPEC headquarters. Jennifer received an MA (Hons.) from the University of Edinburgh.

Mark Bhattacharya - CFO, Chief Compliance Officer

(Indiana Toll Road), Sea to Sky Highway and AltaLink Investment Management Ltd. on behalf of Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets ("MIRA") entities. Michael is the President of Northface Infrastructure Management Ltd., providing advisory and consulting services to investors and investment managers in the areas of P3 and infrastructure due diligence, asset management and transactional execution. His most recent activities were in the International Toll Road and Canadian Broadband sectors. Pamela Hughes

Pamela Hughes is a retired partner of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. Pam's practice in the securities law group of Blakes' Toronto office focussed on international corporate finance, capital markets regulation, structured finance and corporate governance. Before joining Blakes, Pam was Director of the Capital Markets/International Markets Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) and the primary negotiator of the multi-jurisdictional disclosure system between Canada and the U.S. on behalf of the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA). She was also the OSC representative on the International Organization of Securities Commissions working groups on secondary markets, international equity offers and collective investment schemes. Pam has undertaken capital market regulatory reform work on behalf of the CSA, World Bank, Asian Development Bank and the Canadian government. She was formerly a member of the Federal Securities Regulation and Mergers, Acquisitions and Control Contests committees of the New York City Bar Association. Pam obtained an LLM from University of Toronto Law School, an LLB from University of McGill Law School and a BA from McGill University.

Sami Zahur - CEO

Prior to One Queen Capital, Sami spent over a decade at Brookfield Asset Management, most recently as Senior Vice President at Brookfield Renewable, where he was responsible for managing the integration of new portfolio acquisitions and guiding various growth, risk management and asset recycling initiatives. Prior to that role Sami was in Brookfield's global advisory practice where he advised several energy and infrastructure companies in strategic and financing alternatives, including debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate finance matters. Prior to joining Brookfield, Sami worked at a large Canadian investment bank in various capital markets roles. Sami is a graduate of Queen's University where he earned a Master of Business Administration, and a graduate of McMaster University where he earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree.
