, BOCP is a BOC Certified Prosthetist and Orthotist with over 30 years experience in the Orthotic and Prosthetic field. Kirk started his journey as a lab technician and spent his initial years working in central fabrication facilities gaining experience. It is these years of technical experience that sets Kirk apart from other practitioners.
Kirk's technical, hands-on approach in creating our custom products results in better fitting, more comfortable, and longer lasting prosthetics and orthotics. Kirk has been helping patients achieve greater independence with his clinical knowledge and technical experience.
Stephani is Optima's Director of Patient Care. Stephani has worked in the Orthotic and Prosthetic field since 2009. As a below-the-knee amputee herself, Stephani is acutely aware of the difficulties encountered by amputees and is able to offer patients help, support and advice from her experience. She understands both personally and professionally the unique care needs of patients and their family members. Stephani is available to assist in patient care and answer questions patients may have.

Susan is Optima's Office Administrator and Insurance Specialist. Susan has worked in the industry for thirty years as a co-owner of a prosthetic and orthotic business. After selling the business, she moved to Nevada to help start Optima. Susan specializes in contracting, billing and administrative work.
