Dr Alex Edwards

Dr Alex Edwards is an experienced Clinical Psychologist specialising in the psychological assessment, formulation and interventions of children and families. She qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2008 and has supported children and families within a range of NHS settings and more recently within private practice. She has particular expertise in supporting children with autism spectrum conditions (ASC), including carrying out detailed diagnostic assessment of children presenting with social communication difficulties (including autism and/or complex trauma/attachment difficulties). She has also worked within a highly specialist Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) for children with autism and/or learning difficulties who present with a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety and depression; as well as more complex presentations such as high risk and self-harming behaviours, experiences of trauma and abuse. This included developing rigorous risk assessments and management plans, and working closely with other agencies such as Children's Services or Children's Residential Settings to prevent placement breakdown and inpatient admissions. Dr Michael Ogundele

Dr Michael Ogundele received his medical training at University of Ibadan College of Medicine in Nigeria, completed with Distinctions and receipt of several distinguished awards. He commenced his residency in Paediatrics in 1993 and completed a research fellowship in Breastmilk Immunology at Goettingen University in Germany. He also received a postgraduate training in Medical Informatics while in Germany before resuming his Community Paediatrics training in the UK. Dr. Ogundele has also completed postgraduate training in Tropical Child Health, Paediatric Neurodisability and Software technology. He has completed a formal training in Mentoring and Coaching. Dr. Ogundele has worked as a Consultant Paediatrician in various NHS Trusts in England and Scotland and enjoys teaching, research and clinical governance. He has a keen interest in health-related inequalities and socio-economic determinants of health and well-being. He has published numerous scientific articles and book chapters on Breastmilk and mucosal Immunology, postgraduate training, General Paediatrics and Neonatology, ADHD and other neurodevelopmental disorders. He has also presented several oral and poster papers at national and international scientific conferences.

Dr Naomi Elton

Dr Naomi Elton, Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist (retired) Naomi is a coach-mentor and mediator with a background in child and adolescent psychiatry. Naomi is a coach-mentor for the doctors' charity, Royal Medical Benevolent Fund and for NHS Leadership Academy and coaches doctors as an associate of the author and occupational psychologist Caroline Elton (who is not Naomi's relative!) Naomi was a consultant in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry for 25 years. She trained at Gt Ormond Street Hospital in London and subsequently worked in and around Cambridge. Naomi had a reputation for working with the most complex children, young people and their families, cross-agency working and generally thinking outside the box, an effective, innovative, and compassionate psychiatrist

Dr Suzanne Nti

Dr Suzanne Nti has an outstanding reputation for leading corporate businesses, academic institutions, and ministerial organisations to successful outcomes. Suzanne trained as a lawyer in the UK, with her expertise spanning a significant number of different subject areas including post graduate degrees in Business Law, Management, Education and Theological Studies. With her eclectic mix of expertise, skill and insight, she draws on the various bodies of knowledge for idea synthesis to solve complex problems with out of the box thinking, breadth of knowledge, and with great adaptability to take on different roles. Over the past three decades, Suzanne has run businesses in the Netherlands, in the UK and in Ghana. Suzanne has been the Chaplain for the Mayor of Harrow, UK; worked closely with the former Chief Justice of Ghana as the Deputy Director of the Judicial Training Institute, Ghana; been the Head of Secondary of an IGCSE/IB World School; is a Founder/Director of Addison Bosman Consultancy Ltd, and currently the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of a global NGO - Action Chapel International, with branches in US, Africa, UK and Europe. Suzanne is a Director of Ghanaian Women's Empowerment Network (GWEN), a network of over 3,000 women in Ghana and the Diaspora, and the Chairperson of another NGO -Crusaders Against Corruption, Ghana. Suzanne has held board memberships on various boards, E-Crime Bureau, a cyber security company, and is currently a board member of Regents University College of Science and Technology, Ghana.

Marvin Rotermund

Marvin is a Senior Auditor. His background is in Risk-based management systems and how Risk can be identified, transferred, minimised, accepted, and mitigated with relevant control mechanisms in place. He has worked with multiple high profile businesses across the globe. Marvin has a good technical understanding of technology, and how it can be used effectively to move a business in the right direction. Marvin holds a degree in Project Management and other professional qualifications. He is a football fanatic with a particular focus on the analytical and tactical side of the game.

Mrs Samantha Prosser

Samantha Prosser is currently a Business Consultant, providing business analysis, consulting services and management advice to small businesses. She studied Accounting with Law and Business Studies (BA Hons) at Middlesex University. Samantha has extensive experience and specialised in Business Management, Finance and HR. Samantha has previously worked for a London-based corporate consultancy and also for leading media and entertainment companies including Carlton TV, Thames TV, Pearsons and HarperCollins. She is passionate about mentoring and coaching and brings to the Initiative, her effective interpersonal skills and as a culture champion, the need for an understanding of a strong workplace culture. She is an Industry Mentor for the BA Business Management (Entrepreneurship) Pathway at the University of Westminster. This involves discussing ideas and helping the undergraduates understand business expectation. Samantha is proud to be hugely involved in UK fundraising events as an alumna of Wesley Girls' High School, Ghana. She also has extensive experience of working on international projects including being on the board of a tourism and real estate business in Ghana. She has been a good sounding board in the business planning and decision-making at various stages. She is particularly interested in developing tourism in Ghana and is a supporter of international engagement for mutual benefit. She lives in Surrey with her husband and 2 sons. Her interests include politics, writing, public speaking and singing with her local choir.
