I have been blessed to work in Supported Living for the last 10 years. I knew when I was three years old that I wanted to help people and I have found my niche in SLS. Helping people achieve their dreams and goals makes my heart sing. I have no doubt I found my home here at Options. It's been an absolute joy to work with everyone. Options has supported me to grow and learn in amazing ways. I am currently working on my BA in Business and Organization. I work with an amazing team and I enjoy collaborating with a group that lifts me up. In my spare time, I enjoy getting out in the outdoors. I love all seasons and enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, camping and paddle boarding. I live 3 miles from a lake so you will find me there often. I have a supportive husband and a daughter and we are major fans of Disney.

When I joined Compass SLS and ILS in 2010, I never imagined I would be where I am today. I initially was hired on as Case Facilitator Assistant, which allowed me to master the skill of scheduling. I advanced to a Case Facilitator a few years later, and then was promoted to a Senior Case Facilitator and later SLS Supervisor for the East Bay Region. I then decided to transfer to Sacramento and join Options. Both Compass and Options have provided me with the opportunity to learn, grow and develop into the career path of social work. With my BA degree from Sonoma State University in Psychology, being a former collegiate athlete, and now as a leader at Options, my mission continues to be teamwork and dedication. I have such a passion for those with disabilities and Supported Living allows me to walk beside our clients daily and help them be as independent as possible. When I am not working, I enjoy watching the Golden State Warriors, hanging out with my two French Bulldogs, Bentley and Brody, and spending quality time with my family.
