Andy Goldberg - CEO, Chairman, President

As CEO, Andy leads PCH's evolution from a direct marketer to a leading direct-to-consumer company with nearly $1 billion in annual revenue supported by the company's unique blend of curated multi-channel shopping and free-to-play, chance to win digital entertainment across a network of web and app-based entertainment properties. During his 30-plus year career at Publishers Clearing House, Andy has held a number of leadership positions in the Marketing and Merchandise areas where his earlier work most notably facilitated the Company's development and diversification into a wide range of general interest and affinity-driven product categories including general merchandise, housewares, jewelry, home entertainment, personal care, pets, gift foods, and collectible items. An inspiration to over 550 employees, he has extended the PCH brand by successfully integrating several acquisitions in the search, casual games and mobile advertising markets to fuel the company's future growth. Andy is a member of the PCH Board of Directors and is a past member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of The Direct Marketing Association. Recognized for excellence in the industry, he has been honored with a Silver Apple Award from the Direct Marketing Club of New York. He earned his BS in Marketing from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Anita Goldstein

Anita Goldstein, and her team, are responsible for the talent acquisition, strategic workforce planning, training, and development that drive our "Winning Team." It is with these objectives in mind that Anita has facilitated a "core values" based culture that emphasizes how each individual team member ultimately contributes to our companywide success. During Anita's tenure, the Human Resources team has become a vital and active business partner for all departments of PCH and has helped to support extensive growth within our acquisitions and digital channels. Attracting and developing talent is a passion of Anita's and she has been critical in spearheading initiatives that foster leadership training and relationship-building. Programs such as PCH University, volunteer time off, PCH buddies and CEO/VP new hire breakfasts encourage personal excellence in an open and collaborative environment. A member of the Executive Team, Anita focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of the organization by formulating and implementing an HR strategy that complements current and future business needs. She prides herself on encouraging direct, professional communication because, as she puts it, "You can always tell the truth, what's important is how you tell it!" Prior to joining PCH, Anita worked at Drexel Burnham, United Brands, and Organizational Resource Counselors Inc. She graduated from Tulane University with a BA in Communications and then attended the University of Miami where she completed her Masters's in Guidance and Counseling.

Bill Low - Chief Legal Officer, SVP

Bill is the General Counsel and a Senior Vice President of Publishers Clearing House. Bill has advised Publishers Clearing House for over 35 years, first as a partner in a major national law firm with offices in New York City and later joining the company in 1993. As General Counsel, Bill is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's legal affairs. In addition to his expertise in sweepstakes regulations, he is the chief legal adviser on funding for million and multi-million dollar prize payments. As Secretary, he is also responsible for official corporate records. Bill received his education at Harvard College and Harvard Law School.

Craig Anderson - SVP

As Senior Vice President of Operations and Marketing Services, Craig oversees all things involving product sourcing, order processing and fulfillment, IT, Customer Service and producing/distributing email and direct mail promotions. He is dedicated to improving quality, increasing efficiency, and securing the necessary business infrastructure to drive extensive and sustainable growth in all areas of the business. To do so, in a rapidly growing business environment, Craig utilizes a cross-functional team-oriented management style. He's passionate about solving new challenges, and striving for excellence, with new processes and technologies that enable PCH to be better every day. Among his numerous accomplishments since joining PCH in 1990, under Craig's direction the company has realized significant savings resulting from vendor management and system enhancements and expanded its product buying to direct sourcing. This opened up increased merchandise variety, improved quality, and reduced prices as well as facilitated the development of proprietary store brands and growth in the product categories offered. Craig received his MBA in Finance from St. John's University and his BS in Marketing from C.W. Post.

Danielle Lam

Danielle Lam joined Publishers Clearing House in April of 2008 as the Product Mix Internet Coordinator. In September of 2010, she began working in the contest department as the Senior Online Promotion Development Analyst. Currently Danielle is the Senior Manager of Promotion Development where she serves as active member of the online testing team and leads the Promotion Development team where new promotions and giveaways are created. She is best known for delivering the signature big check to our lucky winners as seen on TV. Danielle received her bachelor's degree in Communications from Loyola University in Maryland.

Dave Sayer

Dave Sayer joined PCH as Director of Advertising in 1981 following a career with New York ad agencies where he served the media/marketing needs of many household-name accounts. At PCH, he has headed the company's public relations activities, in addition to overseeing the media and TV creative operations. He's appeared on countless national TV talk shows, often with past sweepstakes winners who delight and encourage audiences with stories of their "winning moments." Dave's own tales of his hundreds of Prize Patrol adventures and friendships with winners could fill a large book. He holds a BA in English from Bucknell University.

Howie Guja

Howie Guja joined PCH in February 2006 as an Imaging Technician in the PCH Photo Studio. Howie is currently Senior Manager of Digital Imaging, where he oversees the post-production and workflow processes of photography and digital assets. Howie was working behind the scenes on promotional videos for the Prize Patrol when Danielle asked him on set if he was interested in being in front of the camera, and soon after he began appearing in the ‘Howie Helps' video series, answering questions and detailing facts about the sweepstakes. Howie officially joined the Prize Patrol in October 2015 and loves hitting the road as often as possible to deliver big checks to lucky winners. Howie holds a BFA from the School of Visual Arts in New York City.

Kevin Prinz - CTO

With a dynamic vision of growth and integration, Chief Technology Officer, Kevin Prinz has established the technological groundwork that supports every aspect of PCH's business evolution. And as the head of our around-the-clock operating environment, Kevin leads best-in-the-business onsite and remote tech experts with a forward-facing, cost-conscious philosophy that supports current and emerging digital platforms. In addition to guiding a full spectrum of technology needs, from backend systems and warehousing to customer-facing and communications, Kevin has a passion for big data initiatives and is responsible for overseeing 100 million data-enriched unique customer profiles. Managing, updating, and filtering this data provides the infrastructure behind the targeted experiences, programmatic advertising, analytics, and solutions that first-party data provides for both our B2B and B2C channels. Kevin joined PCH in 2009, after a 14-year career at CMP Media where he held the position of CIO. His 20+ years of experience have made him an expert at leveraging data, driving functionality, and inspiring teams to exceed expectations.

Paul Smurl

Before joining PCH, Paul was the President & Chief Operating Officer at Some Spider, Inc. (holding co.) - a profitable, digital-first media and entertainment start-up that he's built from the ground up alongside the company's founder. Paul also spent 10+ years at the New York Times, where he rose through the ranks - ultimately leading the company's entire portfolio of digital properties, mobile apps, video content and new products. He also launched and managed their highly successful digital subscription business. Before joining the NYT, Paul worked in management consulting at Mitchell Madison Group and KPMG Consulting, and as an attorney at the prestigious Shearman & Sterling law firm. Paul has his MBA from Kellogg at Northwestern University and his JD from Columbia University School of Law. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Indiana University.

Todd Sloane - SVP

Todd Sloane, who joined PCH as a Marketing Analyst in 1985, is credited with inventing the Publishers Clearing House Prize Patrol when he suggested to his boss that they bring a hand-held video camera along to film the winner's reaction at the moment of surprise, instead of filming the winner in a studio later on for TV commercials. As luck would have it, the couple they surprised in that first-ever live winning moment experiment had a very exciting reaction, with shrill screams, hugs, jumps for joy, and smiles galore. So, the Prize Patrol was born. Todd has held many positions in PCH leading him to Senior Vice President of Creative, his current title. Todd has a BS in Business Administration with a Marketing Concentration from the State University of New York at Buffalo. As Senior Vice President of Creative, Todd leads a team of over 80 creative professionals and is responsible for the overall creative development and execution of the company's promotional strategy, offline direct mail programs, online businesses, television advertising and public relations. Todd is always looking for the next "big idea" that will take PCH to new heights. During his career that began here in 1985, he has been credited with numerous creative and market breakthroughs including direct mail offers, the development of "winning moment" TV advertising, "live on TV" prize award events, and successful online promotions. He's perhaps best known for creating an advertising icon - "The Publishers Clearing House Prize Patrol" - and as a member of this team has appeared on numerous TV programs. Involved in business development across all channels, Todd led the integration and implementation of the company's first digital media acquisition (Blingo - now PCH Search&Win), and more recently is a key player in the expansion of PCHlotto.com. Todd and was named as one of Advertising Age's Top 100 Marketers earlier in his career. He holds BS in Business Administration/Marketing Concentration from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
