Jon McLeod is a licenses Community Association Manager (C.A.M.) who also holds a nationally recognized Certified Managed of Community Associations (C.M.C.A.) certification. Jon has had many great successes in his career. He has managed to reduce delinquencies thru aggressive collections actions, increase revenue by finding new sources of income, reduce expenses and increase property values thru preventive maintenance programs. Jon is well versed in all aspects of community association management. He is one of only a handful of association mangers who has managed all types of communities including; H.O.A. Communities, Condominium Communities and Time Share Communities. He is proficient in all aspects of community association management including; Financial Management, Physical Property Management, Maintenance Management, Administrative Management and Human Resources Management. Jon is also is a Certified Pool Operator and a Florida Notary.
