Andy Morris

Andy has over 35 years institutional banking and wealth management experience where he developed a deep understanding of global financial and capital markets, risk management and governance. Previous executive roles include Chief Executive of New Zealand Asset Management, Head of Wealth at Westpac New Zealand, General Manager - Europe and America at Westpac and Treasurer at Lloyds Bank, Australia. Andy is currently a non-executive Director on several privately owned New Zealand companies. Andy has a BCom from Canterbury University.

Belina Teoh

Belina has worked in the banking and finance industry for the past 20 years and has invaluable experience in wealth management, personalised financial and investment services, relationship management, credit analysis and risk management. Prior to joining Pāua Wealth Management, Belina was a Partner for BNZ Family Office, managing the financial affairs for private clients and family offices across New Zealand and globally. Belina's expertise is in wealth management, financial planning, lending, as well as general banking services. Given her diverse skills, Belina is passionate about her clients and prides herself on delivering exceptional service to help them achieve their financial goals and aspirations. Belina holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Auckland, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from Waikato University. Belina enjoys art, fashion, travelling and spending quality time with her husband and two sons.

Chris Glackin

Chris is a seasoned investment professional and leader with over 20 years' experience in investment markets locally and globally. Chris started in financial markets in the late 1990s on the Salomon Smith Barney and Deutsche Bank trading floors in London. On his return to New Zealand, he worked at both Craigs Investment Partners and JBWere, building a book of business and managing client relationships. Chris then lead the investment management team at Guardian Trust where he was responsible over $3.5BN in funds under management. More recently, Chris led a team of AFA qualified private bankers at the BNZ. Chris currently holds volunteer Directorships at Auckland Cricket and Surf Lifesaving Northern Region and is also a Life Member at the Takapuna Cricket Club. He holds an NZX Diploma and has a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) from Auckland University. Chris is married to Justine and has two children, Emily and Sam. Chris is a keen runner and cyclist and can also be found coaching or umpiring cricket or supporting at Surf Lifesaving events in the summer months or alternatively with a referee's whistle in his hand on the rugby paddock in the winter months.

Donna Nicolof - CEO, Founder

Donna has almost 30 years' experience in financial services, predominantly gained in Australia and abroad in the US and Hong Kong. Wellington born and bred, she returned to New Zealand in 2013 to lead BNZ's Wealth & Private Bank business. Under her leadership, funds under management grew to over $5BN and BNZ Private Bank was globally recognised as the best in New Zealand for five consecutive years. She left corporate life and set up Pāua Wealth, as a disruptor to traditional models of advice. Pāua Wealth was established to deliver independent financial advice to successful New Zealand families, with good governance around investment decision-making and free from the inherent conflicts of interest that exist in the industry today, such as those found in commission-based structures and vertically integrated business models. Prior to this, Donna held senior executive roles within NAB, MLC and Lend Lease in Investments and mergers and acquisitions, having started her career in stockbroking with Kleinwort Hattersley Securities Limited. Whilst on maternity leave, she also set up a catering cooperative named ‘No Numbers Food' to offer homemade, special event catering free from additives and colouring. She developed the innovative business model to help women taking time out of their careers return to work. Donna has an uncompromising drive to lift financial capability in this country and delivers financial literacy programs to help New Zealanders understand investments, volunteering in communities where financial literacy can affect the greatest change. Donna has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Biomedical) from UTS, Executive MBA from The Australian Graduate School of Management, University of New South Wales (UNSW) and Diploma of Financial Planning (RG146 accreditation). Donna is married to Simon, who was also involved in establishing Pāua and is now the CFO in the firm. They have two children, Marko and Sofia. In her spare time, Donna has a keen interest in the Arts, travel, family and friends.

Jarnah Turner

Jarnah is an Associate Adviser at Pāua Wealth Management, where she plays an important role in delivering wealth management services to clients. Jarnah's key responsibilities are to provide analytical and administrative support to our advisers. Outside of her professional endeavors, Jarnah is a passionate aviator. She spends her weekends flying at Auckland Aero Club, continually striving to obtain new pilot ratings. She also enjoys social football, diving and fishing.

John Bradley

John has worked in Financial Services for over 20 years. He is a Certified Financial Planner and Financial Adviser with broad experience ranging from Estate Planning to Trusts, Wills, Insurance and Compliance, with his passion being the provision of advice to clients. John enjoys the big picture, finding out what his clients are wanting to achieve to optimise their financial position and then providing solutions to meet those particular needs. He is especially skilled at simplifying the most complex matters to ensure his clients understand and can make informed decisions. Within wealth management he was not only a Senior Private Banker with BNZ but was also awarded Investment Adviser of the year for ASB. He has also operated as an Independent Financial Adviser for Trust companies and a Research House, most recently providing holistic financial planning advice across client entities and structures. He is highly respected in the industry and sought after by clients. John holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Port Elizabeth in South Africa and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personal Financial Planning from Massey University. John enjoys reading, golf, running and is a DIY enthusiast.

Quentin Stewart

Quentin Stewart is a 25 year veteran of the financial markets. Following training as a chartered accountant with KPMG in London, Quentin worked at a global investment bank as part of a proprietary debt and equity structuring and trading team. In 2002, he was a founding member of a team that established what would become one of Europe's largest private equity houses, Terra Firma Capital Partners UK Ltd. For 15 years, he led large-cap buyouts in a variety of industries and jurisdictions from Europe to the US and Australasia, ultimately with a focus on energy and commodities.

Rob Campbell

Rob is currently the Chair of Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand, Ara Ake, Environmental Protection Authority, New Zealand Rural Land Company and Chancellor of Auckland University of Technology. Rob has over 30 years' experience in capital markets and is a director of or advisor to a range of investment fund and private equity groups in New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong and the United States of America. In 2019, Rob was awarded a Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit 2019 (CNZM) and received the Distinguished Alumni Award from Victoria University of Wellington 2019. Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours in Economic History and Political Science and a Masters of Philosophy in Economics.

Sam Morris

Sam is an Investment Analyst at Pāua Wealth Management, where he plays an integral role in delivering our wealth management and investment proposition. Sam works closely with our advisers to provide clients with holistic wealth plans and tailored investment strategies, as well as assisting in the design and execution of Pāua Wealth's investment proposition. Prior to joining Pāua Wealth, Sam gained valuable experience while working for an independent wealth manager in Edinburgh, Scotland with a focus on financial planning and investment advice to a range of clients. Sam is committed to advice that is independent and objective, hence his personal ethos aligns with the core values of our firm. He is now the second Morris to join the Pāua Wealth team. Sam is a CFA Charterholder and a qualified and registered Financial Adviser in New Zealand. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University of Wellington and a Diploma in Financial Planning. Beyond his professional endeavours, Sam values the time he spends with family and friends. He enjoys spending sunny days at Auckland and Northland beaches, playing football in the evenings and following Arsenal Football Club through their highs and lows.

Simon Glass - CFO

Simon has over 30 years' financial management experience within government agencies, educational institutions and business advisory roles. As an experienced CFO, he brings broad strategic and financial skills, operations management and risk and governance expertise. Prior to moving to New Zealand, where he started his own consultancy business assisting small to medium enterprise with strategic business planning and governance, he was CFO of TAFE NSW - Sydney Institute. He is also passionate about giving back to the community and has held a number of Board roles including Charles Sturt University, TAFE NSW Sydney Institute, Alpine Valleys Community Leadership, and various sporting, community development and leadership entities in New Zealand and Australia. Simon is a Fellow of CPA Australia. He has an MBA - Executive Business Operations from the University of Queensland and MBS Mt Eliza Centre for Executive Education and a BBusAcc from Charles Sturt University. Simon grew up on a cattle farm near Albury-Wodonga in Australia so is quite adept and passionate about sustainable farming, aside from being a qualified accountant. When he's not coaching cricket or football or running around with kid's sport, he's a great home cook and aspiring Masterchef.

Tim Macready

Tim Macready is Chief Investment Officer of Brightlight, leading all aspects of Brightlight's impact investment strategy across multi-manager and single sector portfolios and working with investors to help them allocate capital into impact and values-based investing. Tim led the formation of Brightlight as it spun out from Christian Super, an Australian Pension Fund, having joined Christian Super in 2005 and been responsible for managing the internal investment team and working with the Investment Committee and external specialists to oversee Investment Strategy. Prior to working at Christian Super, Tim was an Actuarial Analyst at Aon Consulting. He holds a B Com (Actuarial Studies) from Macquarie University and a Masters of Divinity from the Australian College of Theology, and is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA). He serves on multiple boards and Investment Committees across the impact investment and not-for-profit sectors.
