Hai Lai brings extensive experience in research and development, manufacturing and sales and marketing. Before joining the Company, Mr. Hai Lai has been CEO of global Biotechnology Company more than 10 years.
After being inspired by the culture of innovative science, Mr. Hai Lai wanted to start a company where top talent can do their best in order to focused on the delivery of life-changing medicines that are fuelling growth and contributing value to patients and society. It was under these ideals that Mr. Hai Lai founded PEM Biotech.
Mr. Hai Lai holds 7 patents in Biotechnology and Drug Delivery Technology which registered in US, 2 patents registered in Canada and 2 patents recognized by the World Intellectual Property Organization.

As Chief Medical Officer, Dr. John Lucas oversees medical affairs and safety. He was a healthcare executive with more than 40 years' experience working as a clinician and as a visionary leader of medical groups and health systems in the States.
Dr. John Lucas joined PEM Biotech after spending eight years as CEO of Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, and five years as CEO of City International Hospital.
He has also member of both a Joint Commission International (JCI) Surveyor and a Malcolm Baldrige National examiner intending to focus on Global Health Issues.
Dr. John Lucas has a Bachelor of Science in psychology and a Doctor of Medicine from University of Alberta. He also holds Master of Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
Dr.John Lucas's passion for patients fuels his enthusiasm and drive to find new and better ways to serve them, including work to develop and commercialize world-first breakthrough medicines.
Ngoc Dang brings more than 18 years of experience across finance, strategy, leadership development and corporate development. Her role as Chief Operating Officer gives her oversight of all PEM Biotech's business operations including strategy, planning & analysis.
Previously, Ms.Ngoc Dang was the vice president and finance lead for another Biotechnology Company's Emerging Markets region when it was established in 2010.
Prior to Biotechnology Company, Ms. Ngoc Dang spent six years as the Head of Corporate Banking and was responsible for the process of developing and managing relationships with Financial Institutions and strengthening correspondent banking relationships.
She joined PEM Biotech as co-founded. She is a passionate proponent of stimulate innovation and accelerate delivery of new medicines to target unmet medical need.
She received double degree with a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Computer Science. And she also holds an M.B.A in finance from the Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia.

As Technical Director, Ms. Trang Huynh is responsible for manufacturing science and technology of PEM Biotech.
Prior to PEM Biotech, Ms. Trang Huynh has several years experience worked on polymeric products in Renal Disposables department, regarding both Hemodialysis and Peritoneal dialysis at Baxter Healthcare.
She has made significant contributions to PEM Biotech‘s evolution and transformation to an innovative Biopharma company.
Ms. Trang Huynh holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in materials science and engineering at INSA de Lyon, Lyon, France. She also received Master of Science in materials engineering at Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, US.
