We manufacture perforating guns by laser cutting the charge carrier tubes in our fully automated Tube laser. Then we machine the outer casing ( gun barrel ) using our fully automated LT3000-EX Okuma lathe. We can laser cut the charge carrier tube to your specifications. We review your existing 3D CAD models (iges or .stp files) in Solidworks, before inputting them into the machine language for the tube laser and CNC lather. Our CNC equipment is automated for high production and efficiency.
