Before becoming a successful businessman, Lyndon worked as a Senior Operations Manager with RCM Manufacturing Inc. , a subsidiary of Philips Home Healthcare and was responsible for the technical and engineering aspects in the manufacture of sleep apnea masks for more than 17 years. He was a former President of the Production and Operations Management Association of the Philippines (PROMAP), gaining various local and international prestigious recognitions.
Human Resources/People Professional with over 20 years in the HR/People field and 5 years in the academe. A self-proclaimed Ardent People Advocate with a strong commitment to individual development, corporate culture, and inclusion and diversity. Contributions as speaker, mentor, and volunteer were made with the express desire to make a difference in the world.
Raymund is an experienced corporate training professional and faculty for over 31 years. He specializes in business development, program management, project planning, business strategy, and management consulting. He was formerly the training/education services manager of Bayantel, Corporate Information Solutions (CIS), Sun Microsystems, Oracle Australia-New Zealand, Datacraft Phils and Atlantic Gulf and the Pacific (AG&P). Currently, he is the Training Director of the Gokongwei Brothers Foundation Technical Training Center. Since 2006, he has been teaching part-time in DLSU Manila and De La Salle College of St. Benilde handling undergraduate business and IT courses and MBA subjects.
From 2003 to 2009, he embarked on his journey as a part-time instructor for various technical schools in Pampanga. In 2007, he ventured into the realm of web development, and ever since, he has served as a freelance web developer and website operations consultant for a diverse range of educational institutions and businesses. At present, he holds the position of IT Director at PeoplesDev Int'l. Inc. and a trusted web operations consultant of technical schools in Pampanga.

Chit has intensive work experience as Dean of College of Business Administration, Trainer Finance Manager, Auditor, Lecturer, and former President of Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountant - Baguio Benguet Chapter. Currently, a candidate for Doctor of Business Administration at the Philippine School of Business Administration.
