Charles Parker, founder Plus100 Prospects, started the company after moving to Australia and seeing the potential of Australia's young athletes. He wanted to bring technology together with Innovation to make it easier for young talent to thrive and find opportunities in sport in Australia and overseas. This starts with basketball, a sport growing in popularity in Australia and one he personally loves.
