We are an 83 lot Covenant-protected housing development located behind The Hideaway in Yulee, Florida, just north of Jacksonville. Our HOA is homeowner-managed by an elected Board of Directors. Through a Joint Use Agreement with The Hideaway subdivision, our residents have access to a pool, playground, and walking trails.
