My name is Marcella and I'm an Integrative Nutrition Certified Health Coach, AIP Certified Coach, and the founder of ProImmune Nutrition. As a coach I focus on helping those living with autoimmune conditions or chronic illnesses to look, feel, and achieve wellness through the development of personalized goals and the implementation of individualized sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes with support each step of the way. I personally struggled for years with navigating the complexities of finding an appropriate provider, seeking comprehensive testing, getting an accurate diagnosis, and then finding thorough treatment options that addressed all the facets of my autoimmune disease so I could heal and live a rich, full life again with my family. I have dedicated many years of my life to researching the causes of autoimmunity, how what we eat, quality of our sleep, types and amounts of movement we do impact our bodies ability to either heal or deteriorate.
