Carlos serves as the Director of Marketing for Puma Management, providing strategic and functional leadership for all marketing programs for the company and the marketing initiatives for our clients. A talented web and graphic designer, programmer, photographer, and film director, Carlos has worked with clients including Coca-Cola, the Miss Universe Pageant, Banco Popular, Merck, Starbucks, and many others. He has also provided marketing and promotional expertise to musical artists such as Ricky Martin, Shakira, and Maná.
Carlos was formerly the co-owner and Vice President of Operations of the Hispanic Yellow Pages; where he was responsible for the production and distribution of millions of directories in the US and leading major promotional programs in major Hispanic markets.
Carlos is involved with multiple organizations that combat bullying and discrimination. A native of Puerto Rico, Carlos lives in Florida with his wife Mildred and is a proud father of three sons.
Jim leads revenue growth activities for Puma Management. He has over 25 years of executive sales management and leadership experience in the health care industry. Jim founded and still oversees a specialty health care consulting firm with operations in 5 states.
His firm specialized in full-service consulting for a variety of health care providers including some of the nation's largest healthcare systems. Jim earned a Bachelors of Business Administration from The University of San Diego and a Masters of Business Administration from California State University - Fullerton.

James directs the programs at Puma Management that provide high-value business development and financial services for its health care clients. A dynamic business leader who has experienced success in corporate and entrepreneurial environments, James has overseen the marketing, business development, and business process improvement projects for companies such as American Express, Home Shopping Network, and several healthcare enterprises. James has a special interest in the disciplines of marketing, sales, total quality, and service excellence.
James earned an MBA from New York University and is a former officer in the U.S. Army Reserve.
He is the proud father of two college students; and he has been involved in youth soccer administration, coaching, and officiating for many years. He can also kick the ball around, too.

Sanket led the development of our proprietary Puma TRAX Lien Management System and manages ongoing maintenance and new versioning of the platform. He also manages web development and digital architecture for the firm.
Sanket has 10+ years of professional experience in developing and managing IT properties and operations. Specific experience includes working with Network Devices, Windows and Linux applications, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure and network and web security platforms. He holds certifications in AWS and Microsoft solutions.
