Divya started her career as a Recruitment Consultant with Questa. As one of the key members of the team, she worked her way through various projects initiated by Questa in the areas of - Recruitment, HRO, and Training and Development all the while gaining rich experience in the HR industry. Her strength lies in her diligence, commitment, strategic thinking ability, and using her Research mindset.
As a Co-founder, she is instrumental in using all her hands-on research experience to create the Enneagram Personality Assessment. She has simplified the concept of Enneagram to be understood and applied by people across various walks of life, enabling them to take a journey towards self-transformation.
Lata brings with her 23 years of rich hands-on experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry, the Recruitment Industry, and the field of Learning and Development. Having worked with large teams she understands the importance of Self-aware and emotionally intelligent teams and their impact on the effectiveness of organisations. As an accredited Enneagram coach, MBTI, EQi2 certified Business coach she brings in the insight of granularising the practical aspects of strategies required to achieve measurable results for teams, individuals, leaders, and organisations.
Having been trained by experts, and having worked with Enneagram extensively, for more than 3 years with both individuals and organisations, she realised the gap between where people are and where they want to be. She has co-founded Questa Enneagram with an endeavor to simplify the concept of Enneagram and make it accessible to people from diverse backgrounds. Her vision has helped create the Enneagram Personality Assessment for the first time in India.

Raji's career spans 30 years in a leadership role in the Banking and Financial Services Industry and the Recruitment Industry. His strength lies in being a Start-up Strategist bringing key people with diverse skills together to create a sustainable and profitable organization. As a first-generation entrepreneur, he has successfully managed the Boutique Executive Search business. His key success factors have been adopting technology to drive the customer-centric business model. His Coaching and Mentoring skills have helped him develop Consultants who are able to bring his vision to fruition.
He and our founder, Lata Verghese have created a concept around the Enneagram framework, built an Enneagram Personality assessment tool that can be applied to diverse segments of people to bring about self-discovery and transformation in their lives. As a first of its kind, the tool has been adapted to the Indian sub-continent keeping in mind the cultural nuances and incorporating those to ensure validity and consistency. The new organization Questa Enneagram, empowers people to take a transformational journey and helps to enable them to maximize their true innate potential.

Swati is an HR Specialist with 18 years of experience across sectors like BFSI, ITES, and Media in fast-paced, competitive, growing organisations with 2 years of global exposure in Europe. She has held key leadership positions creating a sustainable impact of HR deliverables to contribute to the business performance. Swati carries extensive experience in the areas of HR Transformation, Manager Capability Building, Talent & Performance Management, HR Analytics & Productivity Management, Reward & Recognition, Employee Experience & Branding.
She worked at Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance, HT Media, IndusInd Bank, HCL Technologies, ICICI Bank and GTL limited and has been exposed to some of the best people practices.
Swati is a PGDM from IIM Indore with a focus on HR & IT. She has a passion to work in the social development space and contribute to increasing inclusion and employability.
