Dr. David M. Milch is a 1980 graduate of Harvard medical school after undergraduate studies at Stanford. Upon finishing his clinical and research responsibilities in 1984, Dr. Milch moved to New York City to pursue his business career, soon branching into venture investments in technology and the life sciences, initiating or participating in numerous successful opportunities. Over the past 15 years Dr. Milch has broadened his entrepreneurial focus to include early-stage biomedical companies based in Israel and, most recently, media ventures.

After completing his studies, Dr. Sheriff went to work for Wall Street as a quantitative analyst. His research during that time focused primarily on structured convertible instruments. He later became an R&D team leader and eventually the head of Bloomberg's Quantitative Finance R&D. Dr. Sheriff left Bloomberg in favor of consulting, trading, several startups (in the areas of finance, technology, and education), and healthcare financial management.

Martin Pompadur has more than 50 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry. Mr. Pompadur held a variety of positions at ABC, Inc. including general manager of the Television Network, vice president of the Broadcast Division, president of the Leisure Activities Group, and vice president of ABC, Inc., culminating with his becoming a member of the ABC, Inc. board of directors. Mr. Pompadur served as president of Ziff Corporation. Mr. Pompadurserved as executive vice president of News Corporation, president of News Corporation Eastern and Central Europe and a member of News Corporation's Executive Management Committee, as well as chairman of News Corp Europe. Gad Allon is the Jeffrey A. Keswin Professor and Professor of Operations, Information and Decisions, and the director of the Management and Technology Program at the university of Pennsylvania. He received his PhD in Management Science from Columbia Business School in New York and holds a Bachelor and Master degree from the Israeli Institute of Technology. Gad's research is primarily in the area of operations research, studying the gig economy, platforms and global supply chains. He has been working with ventures and organizations in different stages, on issues related to scaling operations.
Gad is also an award-winning educator, teaching courses on scaling technology ventures and operations strategy. He has also been an innovative leader in many educational technology initiatives.
