It all started with a dream, a dream to bring about change, change which is tangible and necessary. 10 women started off on this journey in 2019 with big dreams and solid conviction that they have the power to make all those dreams come true. This my friends, was the birth of the RCC Utsav. The inception of a team of like minded, ambitious and dynamic women whose zeal to initiate change is unparalleled. The USP of our team is the diversity of its members. This helps us in viewing challenges and problems from multiple perspectives. It has ensured that our solutions to these problems are the right balance between the freshness of the young and the wisdom of the old. Each member adds to Utsav their own distinct set of skills and dreams.
