Since then I've taken on ever increasing responsibility as a design visionary and leader. I'm a hands-on designer who works closely with clients and is responsible for leading design, mentoring and guiding teams, and overseeing projects from concept through completion... Distinguishing a particular place from another requires awareness of use, culture, a point in time and context. Architecture is a backdrop for memory making. All people have a desire to connect not only with others but with a place, and in particular, places that foster a feeling of ownership and community pride.
