Eir combines her education in design, media studies and pedagogy with her experience as serial founder, service designer and digital project lead to make awesome digital solutions. As a nerd, she loves to come up with systems, improve the flow of production lines and create services that are simple enough to work from the first day. She is equally happy to participate in multidisciplinary product development teams as to lead workshops, do research and be a consultant. With a background in edtech and publishing, she likes to arrange for good content.
Her methods are founded on Design Thinking/user driven development, and she loves to do guerilla research. Eir is capable of quickly understanding the needs of other businesses. She is creative, business minded and like to get things done.
Fred is a dynamic full stack developer having passion for backend, web and software development. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Economics, Fred has been working on Drupal based projects since 2013. Prior to joining Ramsalt Lab, he worked as a software developer for Acro Media Inc in Canada where he worked on a variety of projects ranging from e-commerce to web applications using Drupal.
In his free time he likes to hangout with friends and is a champion in ping pong!

Hansa is associated with the Drupal community since 2018 and, she loves contributing to the community. Along with front-end development, she also has experience with UX designing.

Helge is passionate about design as well as frontend development. He is project manager for several large projects. Before Helge came to Ramsalt, he led the Drupal agency Oneiros for eight years. Helge is also teaching web development at the Kristiania college.
With a Bachelor's degree in Communication & Multimedia Design, Jessica started out as an ambitious creative jack-of-all-trades. Her biggest trait is curiosity and openness to new ideas. She has since 2006 been into web development and part of the Drupal community, and she is still in a constant pursuit of new tools and technologies to improve efficiency, stability and quality of the product she's working on. Jessica enjoys working on all aspects of a project; from concept to programming the backend. She also likes to help a customer on their way and is therefore always prepared to provide extra support after a website has been delivered.

Jon came to Ramsalt in early 2020 and has been working with frontend development and testing/QA. He has a bachelor in Informatics from the University in Tromsø. In addition to his interest for web development, he has also dabbled in making games and simulations.
Jon lives in Tromsø and plays floorball in his spare time. He also likes to play boardgames that centre around logical challenges.

Kwame is a full stack developer who has worked with many technologies and frameworks in different parts of a software development lifecycle. PHP, Python, Drupal, Laravel and Django to name a few.
He has a master in Computer Engineering and bachelor in Electronic Engineering.
Kwame likes to read widely and learn new things. In his free time, he enjoys playing chess or listening to country music.
Lise has been working with Drupal since the spring of 2018, and has experience from developing games, apps and web sites. She started as a junior developer in Ramsalt in the autumn of 2018. In her spare time, she is a keen musician and plays in a band. When she has the chance, Lise assists an animal boarding house outside Tromsø. Lise is from Rebbenesøya where she frequently resides when not being at the Tromsø office.

Martin has 16 years of experience as a web developer and has a broad knowledge of technology and web solutions. His genuine interest in software development and Internet technology was awakened at the Department of Informatics in Tromsø. The journey went on to the IT-line at the Copenhagen Business School, where a three-year bachelor's degree was completed. The desire to research further and work with web development ended in Ramsalt Konsult DA, which was converted to Ramsalt Web AS in 2007 where Martin has since worked full time as general manager and with the development of web-based solutions for small and large customers.
Martin has built up a high level of expertise on the technologies that are most widely used on the Internet today and has the status of expert on the Drupal framework. Martin's good overview of various types of technology and the ability to dive into the code means that he quickly finds good solutions to the issues that are to be solved. Martin has been the project manager and develops on several major projects.

Nina is a skilled IT project professional with many years of experience in requirements engineering, planning and implementation of agile software products, developing business strategies as well as setting up data-driven process automations.
Her passion for solving problems with an innovative mindset and identifying product opportunities always result in delivering the best outcome for the customer. Due to her previous responsibilities in leading developer teams, Nina is perfectly equipped to function as an intermediary and knowledge-carrier between developers, customers and management.
Perry is a highly focused web applications developer with good communication and project management skills. He likes creating solutions that the users enjoy and he likes to learn new skills.
Perry has a bachelor's degree in computer science from Kwame University of science and technology. And he has Web Development Specialist course from Google, Andela program.
Rolf Terje has an extensive background from many areas of business and professions: Advisory roles in traditional media, marketing, project management and sales of digital solutions. In his spare time he makes music, does martial arts and spends time with his family.
Sam started the Drupal journey back in the Drupal 7 era in 2015, he has a keen eye for the design and making sure everything is as good as promised. He's been involved in many prominent startup and project lunches throughout his career.
He also knows a thing or two about motion graphics, animating and video editing techniques.

Sohail is a front-end Drupal developer with a tendency towards design. He's been into the Drupal world since 2010 with Drupal 6. He has worked with different Drupal agencies in multiple countries such as Canada, the US, and the UK, launching many websites including some prominent startups in each country.
He ran a Drupal and Social Media agency from 2015 until he joined Ramsalt Lab in 2018. Now he is focused on Drupal performance and enhancing Drupal open-source themes out there

Stephan is a skilled full stack senior developer with over 15+ years of experience in the Drupal framework including module development, data modelling, data migrations and custom solutions. His excellent problem solving skills, critical thinking and leadership skills help to draft high quality technical concepts and support team members to perform at their best.
Sven has worked with Drupal since 2009 and open source PHP frameworks since 2003. He has also experience with Wordpress and eZ Publish. He graduated with a bachelor in computer science from Gjøvik University College (now NTNU Gjøvik). From 2009 to 2013 he ran a business in Singapore and after that he has worked freelance for large international corporations before joining Ramsalt. Sven has translated Drupal to Norwegian and is a co-contributor to the module EU Cookie Compliance. With a customer friendly attitude and attention to details, he makes sure that all stakeholders are satisfied with the deliveries.
Thomas is a full stack developer experienced in many frameworks such as Laravel, ReactJS, Vue 3, CodeIgniter 3 and TailwindCSS. From creating several large community projects in video games he is experienced in the complete process of development and systems management.
In his spare time he likes to tinker with small electronics, as well as spend time outdoors. Originally coming from a small island off the coast of Norway he also enjoys spending time out on the sea.

Volodymyr started his career as developer in 2014 and as Drupal frontend developer in 2015. He graduated from Lutsk National Technical University in 2017 with a Specialist degree.
Yngve has experience as a web developer and as a specialist in Drupal. He has a number of Drupal websites on his conscience and initiated the first Drupal collection in Norway which later resulted in the association Drupal Norway, where he also sat on the board. He is also a certified project manager.
Yngve has been working with web development since 1997, and since 2005 with the bulk of the Drupal framework and has been the project manager for several development projects. Yngve graduated as a computer engineer at Tromsø University College in 2001, and then had a pending job at the consulting company Accenture in Oslo. One year later he returned to Tromsø to help start up a business newspaper on the Internet, nord.no, where he was responsible for the development of the online newspaper and the journalistic tools around. In 2001, Yngve was central to the start-up of the online magazine TromsoBy.no. A pioneer project in its time on social networking sites and a precursor to what one would call a social site today.
Yngve later became an editor and gained a good understanding of social site, web writing, web communication and user-friendliness that have influenced his work afterwards. Yngve then became the webmaster of the 11 Scibsted-owned newspapers in Northern Norway, including Bladet Tromsø and Harstad Tidende. Development of online newspapers and training of online journalists were among the most important tasks. In 2005, Yngve became a developer and development manager in Utdanning.no. Yngve has in Utdanning.no been responsible for the publishing solution at Utdanning.no and led several projects.

Álvaro graduated at the University of Valencia in Multimedia Engineering in 2016, studying one semester at the University of Bergen. After his experience in Norway, he started working in Valencia as a backend developer at Netik Consulting, and in 2017 he got hired by Ramsalt Lab
Currently Álvaro is part of the Ramsalt team as a web developer in Drupal.
