Bill has 35 years of experience in traditional banking, auditing, bank compliance, asset-based lending, factoring, purchase order financing, consulting, entrepreneurship and private equity.
Bill is a partner with Rectify Partners, a corporate consulting company, a commercial loan broker, and an Angel Investor. He has taught courses and has published material on asset-based lending for RMA, Lorman Education, Goldman Sachs and many other panels and seminars. He currently serves on the board of Kinect Capital (formerly VentureCapital.org), Wasatch Business Finance (a Utah CDC), Anchor 3PL. He is also a past board member of ACG Association for Corporate Growth) Utah Chapter (as a founder), the TMA (Turnaround Management Association) Utah Chapter board (as a founder) and the National RMA (Risk Management Association) membership board for 4 years as well as on the local board.
Bill also manages his own private equity fund which currently holds equity positions in 5 companies. He has owned and sold other businesses during his career and has had extensive experience in financing early-stage, high-growth companies as well as turnaround companies.
Bill holds a green belt in Six Sigma and a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
Damon has been the CEO of a fast growing tech enabled service company in the security space where he took over an 8 person company and grew it to 115 while increasing sales from $200,000 to $8 million. He led the transformation from a hardware based business to a software based, highly scalable model.
Damon Kirchmeier has 17 years' experience investing in early stage companies including Jive Communications, Entrada, Listen Technologies, Lendio, and CarbonX.
Prior to joining Blue Eye, Damon was a director at Epic Ventures, an early stage VC firm in Salt Lake City. He is the past Managing Director for InnoVentures Capital Partners. He originally joined the predecessor to InnoVentures, the Utah Technology Finance Corporation, in 1997. In 2001, he and his two partners founded InnoVentures and raised a private venture capital fund where he made more than 40 different investments over two funds.
Damon began his career in 1988 at Westinghouse Electric Corporation in the Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory. Mr. Kirchmeier served as a nuclear plant engineer and later managed a crew of Naval personnel and civilian engineers at a dual reactor plant. He also managed the support division of an international exploratory drilling company before founding InnoVentures.
Damon is a member of two angel investment groups, the Utah Angels and Park City Angels and also holds silver and bronze medals from the Masters World Championships of mountain biking. Damon is the past Honorary Commander of the 421 st fighter squadron - the Black Widows, call sign "Speed".
Damon holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University and an MBA from the University of Utah. He is also a graduate of the Naval Nuclear Power School in Orlando, Florida.

Mr. Sayer founded Rectify Partners after a four-year Governor appointment as the Secretary of Commerce for the state of Idaho. He revitalized the department and was instrumental in passing key legislation that created nationally recognized incentives, one of which was responsible for attracting over $2.0 billion in new payroll to the state in its first two years.
Prior, Mr. Sayer was the President and Chief Financial Officer of Mountain View Hospital in Idaho Falls where he played a key role in the turnaround of a small 20 bed, private hospital near bankruptcy to the 5th largest healthcare system in the state of Idaho. The facility was successfully sold to a strategic buyer in 2010 after recording 30% annual growth in revenues and margins over a five-year period.
Mr. Sayer began his career with Ernst & Young in Silicon Valley where he specialized in advising venture-capital funded technology companies through all stages of growth. Over his career, Mr. Sayer has provided financial and executive leadership for companies ranging from start-ups over $500 million in sales. His experience includes turnarounds, public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, and extensive involvement in corporate strategy and leadership.
Mr. Sayer is a CPA and graduated from Brigham Young University.

Armed with an MBA in finance from Washington State University, John has played a pivotal role in shaping business success through growth strategies, marketing expertise, and securing government contracts and grants.
In addition to his corporate prowess, John has excelled in acquiring and managing companies, with a notable involvement in real estate and high-end hotel projects. His dedication extends beyond boardrooms, as he passionately engages in nonprofit work, fundraising, and fostering community growth. John's unwavering commitment to both business excellence and community upliftment has earned him a well-deserved reputation as an exceptional executive and trusted leader in the business landscape.
Kristin Edmunds has over 10 years of business experience in the software and pharmaceutical industries. She has driven business value and been recognized for her excellence in roles supporting Functional Leaders, VPs, and CEOs. In these roles, she was directly involved in the confidential stages of varied merger and acquisition evaluations focused on growing the core capabilities of the organization. Kristin has also performed and been successful as an Operations Project and Purchasing Manager. She drove an ERP transformation to integrate, standardize, and streamline key Planning and Procurement processes for a growing $100M software company. She has a proven track record of being able to tackle complex challenges from cross-departmental alignment to organizing and delivering large events like a 5 day conference for 200+ international attendees, including key note speaker line up, team building and break out activities, as well as logistics.
Kristin received her degree in Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego. Most recently, she has enjoyed raising her daughter and twin boys in Eagle, Idaho.
Mark Gunter has more than 25 years of experience working at a variety of companies, including Boeing, Microsoft, and Blackboard. He has extensive experience in operations management across the Quote to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles. He has managed a variety of disciplines including procurement, manufacturing and distribution, supplier management, sales operations, and accounting.
At Microsoft, Mark managed multiple functions in operations (both retail and OEM) including business management oversight of a $10 million information systems implementation. While at Microsoft Mark was also responsible for supplier management, assembly and distribution, and outsourcing for the Asia market. At Blackboard Mark was VP of Operations responsible for the operations of the Transact division, which included sales operations, invoicing & collections, purchasing, product release, and electronics manufacturing. During his time at Ball Ventures, he was responsible for process improvement and systems implementation.
Mark has a Finance degree from Idaho State University and an MBA from the University of Utah.
When not at work, Mark enjoys time with the family, fishing, snowmobiling, and seeing the western states with his wife on their Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
Shauna started working in the accounting field 38 years ago and as a young bookkeeper. She has developed a love for numbers and has a passion to make sure things are accurate and balanced.
She has had experience in a wide variety of industries including wholesale, retail, trucking, loan processing, medical, construction and warehousing.
Most notably, Shauna served as a financial liaison for a large, regional roofing company that grew from 15 locations in five states to 24 locations in eight states during her time with the company. She was responsible for assisting each location with the implementation of new accounting software, training managers and sales teams, and assisting the location teams in implementing best practices and processes.
She is the mother to 4 beautiful daughters, a 7-year native of Idaho and loves exploring new things.
