Angela Davenport

Angela Davenport is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of working within the healthcare industry, including more than 10 years working as a nurse before gaining her advanced practice degree. She has dedicated the past five years of work experience to specialize tailored treatments in behavioral health, mental illness, and addiction medicine. Angela has experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Through effective collaboration, support and individualized treatments, she offers supportive care throughout the journey and believes recovery is attainable.

Clint Crawford

Clint Crawford has a long history of working in addictions and mental health dating back to 1997. Clint has worked with a variety of populations as well including children, young adults, adults, and geriatric patients. He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology, a master's degree in healthcare management, and a master's degree in professional counseling. He has authored several books including, The Prison with No Bars and The Essence of Gratitude, both which deal with addiction and successful life-coping skills.

Heather Rohn

Heather is originally from New Jersey, she moved to Florida 8 years ago where she eventually joined our Pearl of the Sea team and has been a dedicated and compassionate team member in her role as a behavioral health technician. Since then Heather has progressed into her new role as Operations Manager at our new Tennessee location. In Heather's free time she enjoys the company of her husband, 2 daughters and 2 rescue dogs. She also loves to volunteer at local humane society's and actively works with local animal rescue organizations. Heather was drawn to this line of work through her own journey in recovery and knows how important it is for an addict to make the commitment to helping other addicts through the same struggles they have faced themselves. Heather loves new adventures and is enjoying her new small town life in Fayetteville, Tennessee. Heather's favorite quote is:

Lawrence V. Tucker

Lawrence V. Tucker, M.D. is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Addiction Medicine, practicing in pharmacological management of psychiatric disorders and addiction medicine. Dr. Tucker attended UCLA for his undergraduate degree, where he obtained a B.S. in Physiological Sciences. He then attended UCLA School of Medicine for his Medical Degree and stayed at UCLA for his residency in Psychiatry and Neurology. He has been in leadership roles since 2006 and is a Certified Physician Executive. Prior to attending UCLA, Dr. Tucker served in the United States Marine Corps, Infantry, and served in Desert Storm. Among the long list of accomplishments, Dr. Tucker feels most accomplished with his blended family of 5 children and his wife of over 13 years. In addition, Dr. Tucker has a private practice in Newport Beach CA. His paradigm of treatment is that he: "Treats a person Not a Diagnosis". He uses a holistic model and incorporates sobriety, exercise, diet, therapy, supplements, as well as psychopharmacological therapies.

Megan Branstiter

Megan Branstiter is originally from Asheville, NC, and has been in Florida for the past three years. She has a love for the outdoors, passion for exploration, and is a high achiever, internally motivated to pursue more and grow as a person and a professional. Throughout Megan's life, she has been drawn towards helping others, and being of service. Having a huge heart, designed to give to others, nursing has been a solidified calling for her to blend her passion of caring for others with an intelligence to ensure all client care needs are met medically. She is a strong team player, believes in leading by example, and works to ensure all of her team, and clients, are cared for on a daily basis. Megan is a proud mother of two children and finds balance in being a loving mother, as well as a caring nurse. Her passion for life is demonstrated in her love of travel, her desire to explore new places and activities, and a love for continued learning. She presently is furthering her education to become a Nurse Practitioner, specializing in psychiatric mental health, which is on track to be completed by 2022. Her desire to impact more lives positively fuels her incredible work ethic which she hopes will end with a Doctorate degree in Nursing. She was called to this industry through personal and familial ties, and is well versed in her own Al-Anon program. Thomas Whitten

As the Central Vice President of Business Development for Resurgence Tennessee, Tommie leads the central business development team. He began his career in the community mental health systems and is passionate about helping people. Tommie joined the Resurgence team in 2020 and leads a diverse team of professionals to help the "sick and suffering" get the help they need and deserve. His past experience leading teams in business development has always been focused on meeting patients where they are at and providing ethical and responsible referrals for treatment. Tommie is a native of Mississippi and believes in a very down home approach to business development and patient care. "My dad always told me you catch more flies with honey than vinegar, that's the mantra I provide to everyone I cross paths with".
