Dr. Adel Attia is a General Practitioner at Reem Hospital and has more than 29 years of experience in the field. He completed his medical studies at Alexandria University in Egypt and obtained USMLE, ECFMG, ATLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.
Dr. Adel is experienced in patient assessment, monitoring emergency recovery, performing follow-ups to monitor the patient's condition, developing effective treatment plans, performing surgical and non-surgical procedures, dealing with trauma, cardiac and pediatric emergency cases, as well as referring patients to appropriate specialists and providing anesthesia.

Dr. Adriana Rotundo is a consultant general, laparoscopic, and bariatric surgery at Reem Hospital. She studied in Italy and completed her residency at La Sapienza College in Rome. She is the director of the International Bariatric Club (IBC) in the Middle East and a member of international societies and associations, including the Emirates Medical Association (EMA), the Emirates Surgical Metabolic and Bariatric Society (ESMBS), and the Mini Gastric Bypass Collaborative Research Group.
She completed a bariatric fellowship at the University College Hospital in London and received her accreditation from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Dr. Adriana specializes in gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and hiatal hernia, from diagnosis to surgical treatment, as well as gastric bypass and other relevant areas.
Prior to joining Reem Hospital, Dr. Adriana was associated with well-known healthcare institutions in the UK, such as John Radcliffe Hospital and University Hospital of North Midlands. She also worked in renowned facilities in the UAE where she performed numerous weight loss procedures including mini and standard gastric bypass, sleeve gastrectomy, gastric banding, and balloon insertion.
Dr. Adriana is highly experienced in revision weight loss procedures for patients who did not achieve the desired result with the first procedure and need a second procedure to achieve a better result.
Dr. Ahmed Al Uzair is a Consultant Psychiatrist at Reem Hospital. He has more than 15 years of professional experience and is Dutch-board certified in psychiatry.
His clinical experience includes treatment of a wide range of general adult and elderly psychiatric disorders including psychotic disorders, mood disorders (unipolar depression), bipolar disorders, anxiety disorders (panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, social phobia, PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder, sleep disorders and more.

Dr. Ahmed Taha is a Consultant Anesthesiologist at Reem Hospital and an assistant professor of anesthesiology in Egypt. He is an expert in peripheral nerve blocks and specializes in local and regional anesthesia for orthopedic procedures, including major and minor orthopedic surgeries, using methods of hypotensive anesthesia techniques and various blood transfusion strategies.
After completing his medical training in Egypt, Dr. Taha began his career as an anesthesiology resident before specializing in Abu Dhabi. He has published numerous articles in international journals on ultrasound-guided nerve blocks and edited a medical textbook on Ultrasound-Guided Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine. He has also received several awards and accreditations for his outstanding achievements.
Dr. Alain Sabri is an Otolaryngologist-Head & Neck Surgeon who has practiced in various geographical areas of the world and has held several leadership positions including chairing four departments, serving as associate chief of staff, medical director of human resources and Assistant Dean for Faculty Affairs & recruitment at major medical schools and medical centers. He was granted the title of Professor form the Cleveland Clinic Lerner School of Medicine and other medical schools. He has lectured extensively throughout the world, organized & chaired many scientific meetings. He is active in research, both basic science and clinical and has published a medical textbook and his research in prestigious international journals. He has also lectured worldwide on the topic of addressing various topics in head and neck surgery as well as presenting on professional burnout, physician wellness and leadership.
He was awarded the Teacher of The Year Award at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota where he was a full time faculty member for several years. He also received the ‘outstanding physician-educator of the year award' at SSMC-Mayo Clinic in 2021. He was granted the ‘honor award' from the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery.

Dr. Aly B. Khalil is a consultant endocrinologist and adjunct associate professor at UAE University, UAE. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Marseille, France. He completed his training in Internal Medicine at Queen's University and specialized in Endocrinology at the University of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Dr. Khalil is a Fellow of the Canadian College of Physicians and is American Board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Diabetes and Endocrinology. Dr. Aly B. Khalil has achieved several notable accomplishments throughout his career. In 2002, he successfully established the first intensive care unit at SKMC Abu Dhabi. Additionally, in 2005, he established the first thyroid cancer program at SKMC and, since 2013 until April 2023, he has been involved in the thyroid program at ICLDC. Throughout his professional journey, Dr. Khalil has held various senior clinical and leadership positions in both North America and the Gulf region. He has served as the President of the Ontario Diabetes Association of Canada and held the position of past president of the American Association for Clinical Endocrinologists Gulf Chapter.

Dr. Antonio Privitera is an internationally renowned surgeon and speaker in major meetings and congresses nationally and internationally. He is currently the General Secretary of the Emirates Colorectal Society. He had extensive training in general and colorectal surgery in world-renowned institutions including The John Radcliffe in Oxford, UK, The University College of London, UK, St. Guy's St. Thomas' Hospital in London, UK and the prestigious Mayo Clinic in Rochester- Minnesota, USA.
Dr. Antonio is the only surgeon in the world to have both a Mayo Clinic (Rochester-USA) Colorectal Fellowship and a London Colorectal fellowship. He worked as a Consultant General and Colorectal Surgeon in renowned UK University Hospital. Subsequently, he moved to Saudi Arabia where he was the Section Head of Colorectal Surgery of the National Tertiary Referral Centre of the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia and also the Program Director of the Eastern Province Colorectal Fellowship. His team performed the first robotic colorectal resection for cancer with the Xi Robot in Saudi Arabia. Dr. Antonio was the Lead Colorectal Surgeon in Tawam Hospital-John Hopkins in Abu Dhabi. Dr. Dina Saleh is a Consultant in Pediatric/ Neurology and Head of Department at Reem Hospital. She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of neuroscience. Prior to joining Reem Hospital, she was affiliated with many reputable healthcare governmental and private organizations in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Dr. Dina holds the credit of establishing comprehensive children's services and specialized pediatric neurology clinics that cover refractory epilepsy, headache, sleep disorders, spasticity, movement disorders, neurodevelopmental, and neuro-genetic clinics services.
Dr. Dina's areas of interest and expertise involve managing children with refractory epilepsy, Vagus nerve stimulator, and Ketogenic diet service.
