The recipes we propose follow the rhythm of the four seasons. Our appetizers anticipate the trio of first courses: cream or soup, gratined pasta and fresh pasta with our sauce of the day. Our second courses are a combination of grilled meats cooked at the moment in the large fireplace and our presentations are accompanied by fresh wild lettuce and cooked vegetables. We offer a delicious tris of homemade desserts.
