The Tri -County Area is a great place to live and work, which is why Kimberly Molder chose to call it home. With roots in Kerrville, Texas, Kimberly came to this area in 1993. Real estate is a passion for her, with a background in Law Enforcement (more than 26 years) and a history of service to her community it is easy to see why clients call her for help buying and selling.
Kimberly joins the Ruby Cove Real Estate family with just over three years of experience. She is ready to help clients take the next step in their homeownership journey. She also volunteers and loves being a part of community events.
Kimberly is the mother of three (two sons and one daughter) and two added blessings, one daughter in law and a 5-month-old grandson. When she isn't in the office or volunteering, you'll often find her Cooking, Camping, supporting her husband and his Football team and enjoying time with friends and family.
Mindy is a Program Manager-turned- Realtor who exudes credibility, commitment, and attention to detail. Her passion for real estate is apparent through her excellent communication skills, warm and friendly approach.
Originally from Las Vegas, Mindy moved to Central Texas ten years ago and has an effective combination of Southern charm and Vegas tenacity. She started her real estate career as a Transaction Coordinator, completing more than 1000 transactions for a top 25 Platinum Team, she successfully continued with another top 25 Platinum team working with buyers, sellers and Property Management. In addition, Mindy has experience as a Program Manager offering 15+ years of success in orchestrating million-dollar IT projects. She illustrates integrity, energy and hard work in every detail of real estate transactions. She takes pride in finding the right home for her clients and looks forward to seeing the happiness on their face when they are handed the keys to their new home.
