In simple words, fortic plating is a combination of plating and painting methods. In process of fortic plating, a piece of metal is put in a water- base solution. There are color pigments in this waterbase solution. people put a piece of metal in this kind of solution to make it absorb color pigments using special electrical voltage. Of course, the point related to this kind of plating is that the elecrical voltage which is transmitted to metal, causes color pigments to be absorbed. Temperature plays an important role in proess of electrofortic. Amount of temperature and duration of covering operation are determined based on chemicals including Epoxy and Acrylic. Stages of preparing electrofortic process are the same as stages of plating in a way that surface of metal should be uncontaminated.
