He is largely responsible for improving the efficiency of operations. He always strives for operational profit / margin by utilising his vast experiences / skill in this field as well.
He loves traveling, reading and trekking. As part of SMDTC's leadership team, he is also involved in other key strategic initiatives of the group, including sales and solution selling.

Mr. Bishvanath Pandey is he is full of experience from cargo transport & courier top most transport company with management. having fully knowledge to develop our organisation in multi model system to improve our services. Mr. Panday brings with him a perceptive approach to nurture exponential progress in Business Development including Profit Centre Operations.
He holds the responsibility to develop new customer throughout with ample profit as well.
Mr. C.T Shukla an (M.A.) is the Regional Manager of smdtc with 32 years of vast experience in a leading transport co. in various capacity and in various partof the country in this role, he is responsible for driving revenue for the organization in a persistent manner and embarks on new ventures. He is largely responsible for improving the efficiency of sales. He looks all branches in India. C.T Shukla brings with him an insightful approach to foster exponential growth in Business Development including Profit Centre Operations.
He has been devoting his extra ordinary patience, excellency Indealing and developing new business of ODC / Trailer Load, project type business throughout the country as a whole, he has successfully lifted an ODC consignments from Nasik to Numaligarh Refinery, in Assam, He always acts inspirational to all of our team members, always guides for a professional approach with both our internal and external customer to satisfy them to the entire satisfaction with fulfilling their demand ,order,, co cordially,, practically as well.
He beleaves in total quality management TQM with customer satisfaction in all respect at any cost as well. Mr. Mahadev holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce from the Aurangabad University, He comes with more than 11 years of experience. He is the part of SMDTC leadership team, he is also involved in other key strategic initiatives of the group, including sales and solution selling.
He is an excellent communicator, leverage technical, business and financial acumen to communicate effectively with client executives and their respective teams.
Mr. P. R. Tambe is the Founder & Managing Director of Shree Mohta Devi Transport Co.- front-runner and innovator in Surface Transportations and Logistic Solutions in India. He established in SMDTC in 2005 with an ambition to create new standards in logistics industry.
He works with a vision to serve the mankindby utilising his enormous capability with a mission to serve the nation and the humanity in a humble manner as well.
He owes his responsibilities with a mission "Service to mankind is service to god" he believes in helping the needy and weaker section of society in a very kind hearted action always.
His concept of Door Pick up and Door Delivery, Multimodal Express Delivery, Logistics and many such innovative ideas were conceptualised and pioneered by him successfully in western India. Today SMDTC has offices in, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Gujarat to concentrate in India.

He has privilege of introducing new concept as railway booking / Delivery in Hrutwik logistic sister concern of ours.
Mr. Rahul Khairnar is having extensive experience in Software Development, Designing and delivering the required output in a timeline with quality deliverables and leading a team of enthusiastic programmers. He has good command over computer technical issue. So that's why company don't face technical problem in working site. He have good experience in IT field over 8 years.
Mr. S. R. Tambe is Founder Member and Director of SMDTC. In this role he is responsible for establishing the company's goals and strategies and providing directional guidance to the workforce. Additionally, S.R Tambe will also provide leadership direction to the SMDTC group businesses. He is also responsible for overseeing budgets; ensuring resources are properly allocated and providing high level supervision to departmental goals and achievements in instrumenting marketing, sales and business operations.
