Abigail Asadi grew up in Northern Colorado and graduated with university honors from Colorado State University in her hometown of Fort Collins. During her time at CSU, she was selected to join the Center for Public Deliberation where she was trained as a facilitator in order to help guide cross-sections of the community who had come together to discuss various community-related issues and elevate the conversation for a more meaningful and impactful experience for all. Abigail graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2022 and achieved Scholastic Excellence awards in three different courses. Prior to graduating law school, Abigail honed her legal skills working as a law clerk at a family law firm in Denver, as well as a personal injury and civil rights law firm. Abigail also did pro bono work for the Rocky Mountain Victim Law Center, where she helped draft an amicus curiae brief to the Supreme Court of Colorado, addressing the importance of victims' rights in the courtroom. Abigail's diverse experience helped contribute to her mission as an attorney, which is to provide fierce advocacy, wise counsel, and compassionate understanding to every client, knowing that domestic relations matters can be some of the most difficult, trying, and emotionally draining experiences of a person's life. Brandi received her BA Degree in Criminal Justice from Fort Hays State University. After graduation, Brandi moved to Colorado and began her legal career as a Court Judicial Assistant in the 18th Judicial District. She began working as a family law paralegal in 2009 and has considerable knowledge and expertise that allows her to assist clients in all aspects of their cases. She enjoys working with our clients and has compassion for supporting them through what can be a tough legal process. Brandi lives in Aurora with her husband and two children, who keep her very busy with school, sports, and other extracurricular activities. As a psychology major at Marquette University, Bridget recognized early on that she had a passion for working with people during their most vulnerable times. After graduating, she took that passion and applied it to her work with Americorps where she coordinated community service projects with underprivileged youth and lead conservation projects throughout Eastern Montana and the Dakotas. The opportunity of working with children on a regular basis inspired her to pursue law school. As a law student at the University of St. Thomas School of Law, Bridget made the Dean's List for her academic achievements in the area of Domestic Violence. Bridget continues to advocate for victims of domestic violence in her family law practice. Having practiced in the area of family law since 2014, Bridget is well versed in the issues at play and the implications of the same on the families she works with. Bridget is highly dedicated to her clients and strives to achieve just and equitable results for her clients often with an emphasis on finding a collaborative and workable solution. Bridget is a certified mediator and is trained in the Collaborative Law approach. In her spare time Bridget enjoys baking, painting and time outdoors. Kendyl is our Director of Operations and brings over 12 years of administrative experience to our team, 7 of which have been in the legal field. Kendyl's role involves supporting our legal team and managing many aspects of our operations with a significant focus and dedication to the client experience! She understands how difficult family law issues can be and counts it a privilege to help serve our clients as they navigate through one of the hardest times in their lives, with the support of our amazing legal team! Before joining the legal field, Kendyl worked many years in the hospitality industry as a manager and traveling trainer, where she played a key role in the development of new training programs, systems and processes for restaurants throughout the country. She also spent time in India and Africa where she partnered with organizations that implemented resources, programs, and trainings to serve people in need. Outside of the office Kendyl enjoys spending time with her husband and their two fur children exploring the mountains of Colorado where you can catch them hiking, camping, or paddle boarding. And of course, as a Colorado native, she also thoroughly enjoys rooting on the Broncos, Nuggets, Avalanche, and Rockies!

Molly specializes in assisting with family law, criminal defense, and appellate cases. Having been on both sides of this process, she takes special care in providing you with a comfortable, transparent experience from that very first call. Prior to entering the legal field 5 years ago, Tara had many experiences providing excellent customer service ranging from hospitality to health care, learning how to effectively communicate, and listen. Attorney William "Will" Smith has extensive experience in family law matters as well as criminal matters. Will has a passion for helping his clients navigate the judicial system.
