CHUCK WHITE - CFO, VP

Mr. White is a California CPA (inactive) and Certified Hotel Administrator with a Law Degree and an MBA with a marketing emphasis. He has served as CEO, COO and CFO for a number of well known publicly and privately held organizations. Chuck White began his career with Price Waterhouse & Co. After becoming a CPA, he received a Direct Commission as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army and served as Controller of the Special Warfare Center at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Chuck's career in the hospitality and entertainment field began when he joined the Disney Organization to create an Internal Audit and Consulting Department. Since that time, he has served as CFO and In- house Counsel for Hamburger Hamlets and California Culinary Academy (both publicly held); Chief Operating Officer for Specialty Restaurants and Stars Restaurant Group, and CEO of Pea Soup Andersen's and the Lummi Casino. In addition, Chuck has served as a consultant to a number of construction, real estate development, manufacturing, publishing and hospitality organizations. These assignments included developing and implementing regional and nationwide expansion plans, business and marketing plans, turnarounds and reorganizations to position organizations for a favorable sale by the original owners.

Mr. White entered the financial services field over 25 years ago. He has a Bachelor of Science degree and has taken several postgraduate courses in estate and business planning. He has also earned the professional designations of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) from the American College, Bryn Mawr, PA. Mr. White is a planning professional, specializing in complex estate, business succession, retirement and investment issues; and has a clientele consisting of high net worth individuals, business owners, executives, professionals and retirees. As a Senior Estate Planning Consultant, Dan confers and coordinates with other advisors and national brokerage firms on the financial aspects of estate and business transfer planning. He is affiliated with Sagemark Consulting, a nationally registered Financial Advisory Firm that is a subsidiary of the Lincoln National Corporation. Dan has been affiliated with the National Association of Life Underwriters, the Los Angeles Estate Planning Council, the American Society of CLU & ChFC and the International Association of Financial Planners.

Mr. Raymond T. Bennett

Mr. Bennett was Vice President, Public Affairs and Taxes, Twentieth Century-Fox Film Corporation. At Fox, Mr. Bennett was instrumental in effecting the film industry's successful landmark provisions in the Copyright and Tax Reform Acts of 1976. As Chairman of the Board of Fox Movie-Tone News, Bennett was responsible for the preservation of this valuable film library and it's gift to the University of South Carolina. After Fox, Bennett was Vice President-Taxes for MGM/UA Entertainment Co., in both Los Angeles and Atlanta following TBS' acquisition of MGM/UA. Mr. Bennett was executive producer of "The Priceless Gift", "Lights, Camera, Action" and "Dynamics of Energy Future", film documentaries produced for Twentieth Century Fox and is the author of "Taxation of the Motion Picture and TV Industry" published by the University of Southern California Tax Institute and Price Waterhouse. He is a member of numerous professional organizations. He was chairman of the International Law Section of the American Bar Association and sat on the board of directors of the National Association of Manufacturers, the Capital Legal Foundation and Media Institute, all based in Washington, D.C. Mr. Anselmo's educational and professional background is in marketing, application engineering and sales. He has been both an International speaker and author of numerous articles appearing in various technical trade magazines in the fields of: Information Systems, Anti-counterfeiting and, Manufacturing Product Identification & Control Systems, to name a few. He was also a domestic and international guest speaker at numerous technical, security, trade and banking seminars. Robert is the inventor of a number global patents; he co-invented and patented the first 2D digital matrix symbol, that compressed more information into less space than any bar code; the first electro-optical fixed and portable matrix symbol readers and was the first in developing numerous matrix symbol marking technologies and related software. After a two year stringent testing process, the automatic identification system, received NASA's approval and acceptance. Mr. Anselmo was also Founder, CEO/President of a publicly traded company in the field of Information Technologies; a forensic consultant on patent-related information technologies and was a member of numerous industrial trade associations, e.g., electronics, automotive, aerospace, anti-counterfeiting, automatic identification, training and security. His current concentration is upon Spectra Systems & Technologies, Inc., a privately-held, Los Angeles based California corporation. Mr.Anselmo has held Secret Clearances in the military's Anti-Ballistic Missile Systems projects and was enrolled, at the Army's request, into their special "Critical Skills Program" and holds an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Army. Robert brings over 25 years' professional experience with 21 years within the strategic market research sector. Robert possesses an in-depth understanding of global consumer research from both a client and agency/supplier perspective. Prior, Robert was Senior Vice President Entertainment Strategy and Insights at Interpret, where he led their entertainment vertical for over four years. While there, Robert oversaw large-scale, time-sensitive custom and continuous multicultural primary research studies (i.e. creative ad testing, intent to consume, intent to view, positioning studies, concept tests, distribution/dating analysis, advertising strategies, brand equity/health research, multicultural longitudinal consumer tracking, and consumer A&U's) to help clients gain a comprehensive understanding of the global entertainment consumer across channels of consumption. Prior to Interpret, Robert served many senior level research roles. As General Manager of Toluna's Global Entertainment practice, he worked with entertainment clients across the media landscape, including HE/In-Home, Theatrical and Game while gaining a deep global understanding of sampling strategy and methodology. Prior to that, Robert ran a prospering entertainment market research consultancy that led the way in becoming a recognized thought leader in the area of consumer insights and unifying primary survey "ask" results with all important "listen" social media metrics to drive consumer insights. Robert then spent nearly six years at Online Testing Exchange as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Insights, where he built-up and spearheaded a successful team in supplying multicultural consumer insights to major and independent studio clientele.
