I'm Edith Montoya, and after 37 years of navigating the ups and downs of the competitive dance world, I've learned what it takes to build successful teams. I know what setbacks feel like. I've rebuilt my dance program three times, and have experienced every struggle you could possibly imagine. I also know what it's like to rise from those ashes, and take my team to the very top. I'm intimately aware of the challenges you're up against and have designed this course to help you overcome them to achieve the success I know is possible. If I can do it, you can too.
