SPROCS FORMWORKS was incorporated in the year 1995, founded by Mr.M.V.Vasudevan who have had extensive experience in servicing and marketing earth moving equipments and construction machineries, holding key positions in a multinational company. Vasudevan was the pioneer in supplying Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) for L&T way back in 1992. RMC was first of its kind in India that time. He was the sole distributor for this unique product and very successfully introduced the same in the construction industry . We have 25 years of experience in servicing and manufacturing. Mrs. Padma Vasudevan, wife of Mr.M.V Vasudevan Founder and former Chief Executive Officer of the company, has taken over the reins of the company SPROCS FORM WORKS , post the untimely demise of Mr. Vasudevan in 2018, as the CEO of the company and manages the entire operations of the company. Earlier, she had been extending overall support in the background providing unstinting assitance to her husband Mr. Vasudevan, ever since the company's inception in 1995. Mrs. Padma Vasudevan is the torch bearer of Mr. Vasudevan's vision - Global Recognition of the company SPROCS FORM WORKS.. Her first step in that direction entailed getting the company ISO certified and conducting the necessary Tests for compliance of Indian Standards code
