Dr. Lauchlan Mackinnon started organisational change management in 2006, while chairing the process improvement group for a Business Intelligence consultancy. He has successfully implemented organisational change for global, national, and enterprise-wide change initiatives managing the people side of change for projects in the $1M-$100M+ range.
In addition to successfully implementing organisational change, Lauchlan has worked with multiple organisations to introduce an effective change methodology and institutionalise a change capability in their organisation.
Lauchlan has additional interests in change methodologies, change governance, and change capability maturity.
Lauchlan holds a doctorate in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Queensland, and undergraduate degrees in Electronic Engineering and Mathematics from the University of Adelaide.
