Lindsey Ardale is a native to Northwest Arkansas. She graduated from the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Organizational Management with an emphasis in Marketing Management and HR Management. Lindsey brings a variety of experience to Step One. She has 5 years of experience in the banking industry and over 10 years HR and Marketing experience working with top fortune companies as well. She has built several teams and lead them through great success. She's aided in the development of employment branding, creating social platforms for companies as well as content development and management. Lindsey has worked with various industries from Health & Wellness, Transportation, Aviation, IT, Merchandising, Warehouse to eCommerce. She has partnered with leaders to learn of their goals, develop comprehensive strategies, organizational design, HR generalist support, all-inclusive marketing strategies including photo shoots, complete video production from concept to completion. Project Management is a skill and thought process that comes naturally to Lindsey. Sh e has extensive training in Agile, Waterfall, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc. Lindsey has also created centralized hiring teams resulting in cost savings of $50M over 4 years, as well as a product team to understand needs and gaps and identify products to implement moving the company forward. In her spare time, Lindsey enjoys making memories with her husband and son enjoying time in nature.
