Dana Stith-Gray is a Detroit native who developed a passion for law and entrepreneurship at a very young age. She earned both a B.B.A. in Marketing and J. D. from Howard University. Following law school she relocated to Atlanta and obtained employment at the Fulton County Solicitor General's Office. After honing her legal skills there she left to form her own practice which primarily focused on Business, Contract and Real Estate law. Her varied business law experience includes business formation, conducting business sales and purchases, and general consulting. She has represented clients in various industries including retail, real estate, food, entertainment, staffing, healthcare, media, technology, online blogging and fitness. Possessing a natural interest in real estate, Dana has conducted numerous real estate closings. Along with her extensive transactional knowledge, Dana has attained trial experience in magistrate, state, superior and federal court. She has performed and won countless motions and trials for both criminal and civil matters. In addition to her legal practice, Dana has served the Atlanta community in various ways. She has served as Recording Secretary and President of the Howard University Alumni Club of Atlanta. She has also held the position of Corresponding Secretary of the Howard University School of Law Alumni Club of Atlanta. Dana served five years on the board of the National Black MBA Association Atlanta Chapter in the roles of Director of Legal Affairs and Vice President of Records. She is an Alumni Big of the Metro Atlanta Big Brother Big Sister Program. She has assisted various nonprofits through volunteering with the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta. Dana is a member of the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys and the Gate City Bar Association where she has previously served as Secretary. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Nu Lambda Omega Chapter and Ray of Hope Christian Church. In her spare time Dana enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with her family. She is married to James Gray, Jr. and is the proud mother of her son Jacob and bonus mom to Jayson and Kaleb.
