Charlie has over 13 years of experience in the Medical Device industry as a leader and engineer. Prior to joining Steri-Tek, Charlie has led operations in both start-ups as well as public companies where he built and grew teams including supply chain, production, service, customer success, and quality. Charlie excels at leading cross-functional team to success, enhancing productivity, and elevating customer satisfaction.
Charlie holds a bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering and a master's degree in clinical engineering, from the University of Toronto.
Chris Brandon possesses over 30 years of operational and financial management leadership experience. He has raised capital for high and low-technology ventures, set up distribution operations, managed international-based subsidiaries, and directed numerous successful M&A transactions. Chris has worked for technology companies serving in roles including CEO, COO, CFO, VP Ops, and Director of Strategic Planning, as well as an independent consultant and strategic advisor.
Education: MBA in finance with honors from Emory University, Atlanta, and a BA in Business (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Washington in Seattle.

Jeff has 15 plus years of experience in consulting multinational and Fortune 500 companies and holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Illinois-Chicago.
Larry began working in the E-beam industry for Nutek Corp in 1996 as the business manager. He soon assumed the position of Operations Manager, overseeing the shipping/receiving department as well as the machine operators. While at Nutek, he held the positions of Quality Manager, VP of Operations, and VP of Business Development. In 2009, he assumed the position of CEO. In 2010, he became active on the committees ISO/AAMI 11137 and ASTM Dosimetry working group. When Nutek closed in 2016, he co-founded Steri-Tek, where he assumed the role of CEO.
Larry earned his BS degree in Business Management from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, CA.
Peter van der Linden has over 30 years of financial and technology leadership including extensive management of support services. He has led significant business process outsourcing for financial services production in five countries and has led financial controller activities and consolidated multiple entities from around the world. Peter has worked in materials continuous process manufacturing, high-tech non-destructive testing instrument manufacturing in the nuclear industry, the title insurance industry as well as having spent time as a management consultant.
Peter holds an MBA degree in finance, a masters degree in electronic engineering and a bachelors degree in electrical engineering from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
