Rohini has over 15 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Analytics and Financial Analysis. Rohini began her career in investment banking at Wells Fargo where she developed models and analyzed financing solutions for asset backed securities. Following a career in banking, Rohini has worked at Revlon and The Hain Celestial Group. Her roles have been focused on leveraging marketing conversion data, Nielsen, SPINS and IRI data to develop insights and strategy that help evolve new product development and optimizing existing marketing strategy. For the last three years, Rohini has worked closely with start-up brands to review their digital and promotional data and develop annual marketing strategies.
Rohini holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in Banking & Finance and an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business specializing in Strategy, Marketing and Finance.
Sunil has 18+ years combined experience in the field and in recruitment of Data Science, Analytics and Strategy talent. Sunil spent his days in the trenches in Data Science roles at both Citi and eBay where he worked on marketing analytics, campaign analytics, segmentation, A/B testing, machine learning, and credit risk mitigation strategies.
Sunil has nearly a decade of recruitment experience specifically placing Data Science, Analytics and Strategy talent across all verticals where big data is used in decision making. Sunil's hands-on experience in Data Science and Analytics coupled with his passion for recruiting clearly sets him apart from many recruiters in this space.
Sunil holds a Bachelor's Degree from Pace University with a specialization in Finance & Technology.
