Steven Sposato has worked in associate, manager and executive capacities in fast-paced Life and Group Benefits Operations, Shared Services and Customer Support divisions for 15 years. During this time, he has gained insight into leading diverse teams and developing cross-functional strategies to meet business goals. He have previously led teams responsible for new business implementations, customer service, quality control, process improvement, reporting, contracts, and technical support within the industry. Steven wants to help this team grow, build efficient processes, and execute at the highest level while providing an exceptional experience to our internal and external partners. Most recently Steven led a large operations division at one of the largest employee benefits insurance companies in the united status.
