STRYKER - Key Persons
Clint currently services as the company's Vice President of Engineering. In this role, Clint oversees the design and manufacturing process for all of Stryker's downhole tools. Prior to co-founding Stryker, Clint was the lead engineer for Smith Bit's percussion product line. Clint has authored two SPE papers on projects where he pushed the limits of hammer drilling by drilling horizontal sandstone wells.
Clint is a graduate of West Virginia University where he holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering.

David currently serves as the company's vice president of sales and marketing. Prior to joining Stryker, David worked in Business Development roles at Halliburton where he was responsible for deploying new technologies. David started his career as an MWD Engineer for various directional drilling companies.
David is a graduate of Depauw University where he holds a B.S. degree in Geology.

Isaac Haky currently serves as the company's President. Before co-founding Stryker, he worked at both large public and small private E&Ps where he managed engineering and operations for all aspects of shale and conventional wells.
Isaac is a graduate of West Virginia University where he holds a B.S. degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering.

Trampas currently serves as the company's Vice President of Operations. Prior to co-founding Stryker, Trampas spent the past decade in engineering and operations roles drilling high difficulty wellbores around the globe. Trampas' experience ranges from Percussion Product Line Manager at Schlumberger to International MPD Operations manager at Archer.
Trampas is a graduate of West Virginia University where he holds a M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
