In the summer of 2022 we will start producing our own hay for our small herd of Iceland Sheep as well as bedding for the pigs throughout the winter. We are striving to begin producing some of our own grains for our livestock in the future. We also hope to open our own small abattoir and butchershop in the near future to support our farm and give us full control over the entire process... Our focus on whole animal butchery has lead to a small line of lard based soaps handmade in small batches by Tracy as well as a line or prepared meals and soups crafted by Chef Adrian Beaty of Salt and Thyme in Langley.
