Suffolk Psychotherapy, Inc. officially opened its doors in October 2018. Originally founded by Shelina Parker, Suffolk Psychotherapy, Inc. was created for the sole purpose of providing quality mental health services to what seemed to be an underserviced area in the City of Suffolk. Shelina had the vision to see that if enough great minds could come together, a powerful and effective mental health group practice could be formed. Soon after the initial opening, Shelina met Virginia Stanley, LCSW and the two joined forces to solidify the beginnings of a practice that would continue to grow and develop with the needs of the population serviced...
