Isidoro Reverte is a Senior Financial Analyst of Pricing and Financial Analysis at Sunrays International. Mr. Reverte oversees the business financial management, price planning, and is responsible for improving overall execution and controls, minimizing financial risk, accelerating project revenues and decreasing cost to optimize and strengthen company performance in the aerospace and defense industry. Mr. Reverte brings to Sunrays over 30 years of proven success in cost analysis, budgeting, financial projections, and reporting. He also has knowledge about budget execution, profitability analysis, and audit, Oversee pricing, government audits, and project management providing company executives with information to make strategic, operational, and tactical decisions.. He has extensive experience with pricing negotiations and strategies, project financial controls, data modeling, and information management. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in transactions aggregating over $800 million across a diverse group of industry sectors including telecom, online services, hospitality and defense contracting. His experience includes both commercial and government clients that include Verizon, AOL, Time Warner Cable, SSP Group, and Akima. Mr. Reverte holds a Masters in International Economics and BS in Economics from the Autonomous University of Madrid, Spain.

Jeffrey Cavanaugh

Mr. Cavanaugh started working with Sunrays International in May 2022. He was the Project Manager of the .50 caliber NSWC Crane, IN contract and the Capture Manager for the re-compete for the same item with NSWC Crane. Mr. Cavanaugh has Senior Management experience with 30 plus years of small, medium, and large caliber military ammunition and mortars manufacturing, operations, load assemble and pack, sales, and program management. He has also experience with domestic and international contracts, supply chain, and program administration background and experiences. Mr. Cavanaugh has an MBA in Production and Operations Management and BS in Business Management.

Mahvash Shah

Mahvash Shah is a seasoned compliance executive in the Federal contracting business arena. She specializes in advising programs/clients on corporate compliance, process improvement, facility security, and risk management. An audit executive responsible for creating and executing the corporate wide audit plan, Maha has helped in building the compliance risk program and enhancing the quality control function leading to CMMI and ISO compliance. Over the past 14 years, Maha has held several positions in Sunrays including Sr. PMO Analyst, Finance Manager, Senior Deltek System Analyst as well as Sr. Human Capital Management team member. Maha has significant experience handling complex matters involving regulatory compliance, GSA Audit, and DSS enforcement audit. She has built and led large teams and is proficient in creating, implementing, and monitoring effective regulatory strategies, policies, and plans with a 100% win rate. She has an informed perspective on future trends, and emerging risks implementing enforcement action.

Mike Poel - COO

Mike Poel joined SBE in 2012, initially leading IT operations for ICS Nett, Inc. Mr. Poel graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point (1984), and after serving in the Engineer Branch of the U.S. Army, he led corporate operations for an engineering firm and then led IT operations functions at Fannie Mae. Mr. Poel has over 39 years of extensive, expert experience in engineering, technology, leadership and business management practices. Mr. Poel as Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Sunrays is responsible for managing the portfolio of clients and their business operations, inclusive of all corporate business functions encompassing Financial Planning/Accounting, Contracts Management/Compliance, Human Resources/Recruiting, IT/Solutions Development, Program Management Office (Corporate Governance, Audits and Certifications [ISO 9001, 20k, 27k, CMMI3], Management Standards), and Business Development operations. Mr. Poel's exemplary achievement is his leadership and operations management for SBE Holdings, the corporation that operates in Technology, Contracting, Shipbuilding and Managed Services markets through multiple entities around the world. Mr. Poel, in coordination with corporate leadership, plans and ensures optimal design and implementation of strategy, organizations, operations and management throughout the SBE entities, in the U.S. and overseas markets, and focuses on the achievement of consistent operational success as a key foundation for the overall SBE business portfolio. As a key element of achieving long-term operational proficiency across the organization, Mr. Poel places significant leadership emphasis on ensuring effective identification and implementation on operational optimization opportunities (process, efficiency, cost, compliance) at all levels, and successful initiative and mission accomplishment (on time, within budget, plan alignment, customer satisfaction).

Mr. Usman Gohar

Mr. Usman Gohar has over a decade of experience in the areas of network engineering, security and system integration. He served as the lead RFID and Wi-Fi design engineer for a modernization project for the Dept. of Veterans Affairs. He also was instrumental in implementation and operations migrations for the first ever office of Aljazeera America in Washington D.C. Mr. Gohar has acted as the lead designer on various projects for the U.S. federal agencies. This includes designing large scale CCTV system network deployment for WMATA. He is also a SME in advanced computation machines, distributed systems programming and long term data storage in support of medical research and academic institutions. In his current role with Sunrays, he manages a team of engineers to support day-to-day operations of a complex data center and oversees Sunrays' global IT operations. Mr. Gohar graduated Magna cum laude from George Mason University with a Master's degree in Telecommunications. He holds an honors degree in computer science and is a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert - CCIE. His key areas of interest include network security, MPLS and SDN, and working on virtualizing legacy systems to increase their operational efficiency.

Muhammad Usman

Muhammad Usman joined Sunrays International in 2015 as a Procurement Analyst then transitioned to Procurement Manager in 2018. Within 7 years, Usman has risen to the rank of Director of Operations. He manages the portfolio of Sunrays International clients that operate in manufacturing, supply chain and construction industries inside and outside the U.S. Mr. Usman helps clients to implement effective operating procedures, policies and international/local standards. His experience allows clients to improve productivity, compliance implementation and OSHA procedures. He shares explicit knowledge in planning and execution of new manufacturing facilities development - from planning, design stage supervision to setting operations, quality control system and procurement optimization. In addition, Mr. Usman supports clients in developing new growth directives, where he intermediates different departments and plans staffing and employee training programs.

Omer Saeed

Mr. Saeed is an accomplished Finance Professional with over 18+ years (including 13 years in Construction industry dealing with US$10+ Billion worth of projects) of progressive global experience in the field of Financial Management, Financial Statements/Reporting, Business Plan, Budgeting and forecasting, FP&A, Funds Management, Treasury Functions, ERP Implementation and Internal/External Audit. He gained extensive International and regional experience by working in Multicultural Environment in USA, KSA, UAE and Pakistan across a broad spectrum of Industries including Construction, Oil and Gas, Infrastructure, Manufacturing and Textile Processing. A Qualified Management / Public Accountant who holds Professional Certification of CMA-USA, ICMA-Pak, CIMA-UK, CFC-USA, APFA-Pak along with Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance. He was honored with Gold Medal and Certificate of Merit in Financial Management by obtaining first position in ICMAP in 2003. Mr. Saeed has been associated with Sunrays since September 2019. His current role is Vice President (VP) of Finance, and he is leading the global finance team and serves as a main POC for Leadership Team. Mr. Saeed leadership and insights have evidenced to drive revenue growth and profitability improvements for all Sunrays clients.

Sam Hasan

Sam Hasan is the VP, Human Capital at Sunrays International. He is responsible for the complete staffing process, including recruitment and deployment of U.S. nationals, third country nationals, and local national personnel on all active contracts worldwide. Mr. Hasan has more than 15 years of experience in managing recruiting operations for U.S. Government contracting specializing in federal and intelligence agencies as well as commercial partners. He has overseen compliance with complex contract requirements such as arming authorization, security clearances, and specialized certifications. He has supported recruitment and deployment operations for personnel in 16 countries for contracts performed in the U.S., Europe, Middle East and Asia.
