Caleb is an experienced financial analyst who started his career as an executive assistant to the CEO of a group of companies with interests in credit and retail. He subsequently headed finance and operations at a technology venture. Recently, he has freelanced as a financial consultant, working with companies such as Zimnat Asset management and Masawara. Caleb is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder and holds a BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance from the University of East London.
Culven has more than 30 years' of experience in engineering project management. A graduate in Control, Instrumentation and Systems Engineering from the City University of London, Culven started his engineering career in 1984 with the Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority, rising to the position of Senior Projects Engineer. He worked in Art Corporation as Chief Engineer responsible for the design and construction of Kadoma Paper Mills, then started his own engineering procurement and contracting company that serviced clients such as the Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority, Lever Brothers (now Unilever), Art Corporation and other companies. Culven is an experienced energy projects developer who has consulted for various entities in Zimbabwe.
Memory is a seasoned investment professional with extensive energy and infrastructure experience across sub-Saharan Africa. Memory started her career as an audit professional with KPMG in Zimbabwe. Memory subsequently held senior investment roles with Old Mutual Asset Managers before joining the International Finance Corporation (IFC). At the IFC, Memory focused on infrastructure investments particularly energy projects in East Africa. Most recently, Memory served as a Fund Principal for the Public Investment Corporation of South Africa (PIC), heading energy sector investments in renewable and conventional energy investments from initial investment to exit. At PIC Memory participated in the investment of over 14 renewable energy projects with a total capacity of over 1GW in South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. Memory is a qualified Chartered Accountant (licensed to practice in both Zimbabwe and South Africa).

Tunde is an experienced banker and finance professional who has gained experience with blue chip financial institutions, including Citibank and Standard Bank, in different geographies. During his banking career, Tunde gained extensive experience in operations management, corporate banking, asset-based finance and risk management. Tunde now focuses on infrastructure development and was actively involved in the development of gas to power projects in West Africa before co-founding Tatanga. Tunde graduated from the London School of Economics with an LLB (Hons.) and has an MBA from Columbia Business School.
