The Tallahassee units are located in The Tennyson, a premier downtown high-rise condominium located in the heart of Tallahassee. The Jacksonville Beach unit is located in the Metropolitan high-rise condominium on the north shore... We are individual owners of several upscale condominiums located in Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida that we lease for periods of 4 months to 2 years. We also manage other select properties condominium properties.
