Dr. Marc Donato has over 36 years of working in the satellite industry. He has done so as a Department Manager, Program Manager, Chief Scientist, Program Director of international programs, General Manager of several divisions and COO of MDA Canada. Other than detailed engineering and management experience, he has expertise in rescuing, running and growing company divisions, also in strategic planning, M&A and Government financing.
Mr. Morginn is an entrepreneur with over 25 years of business experience in managing and financing both private and public companies.
Lance is highly regarded for his management skills, network of contacts and attention to detail, Mr. Morginn has successfully owned, managed, directed and advised private and
public companies in financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and investor relations since 1995. He has been a director or officer of a number of public companies listed on the TSX Venture
Exchange and OTCBB stock exchanges. Lance has also been the founder of over 4 website development companies, one of which went public and grew to a market cap of over 400 million called Western Shores Interactive. Most recently, Lance co-founded BIGG Digital Assets which at its peak had a 1 Billion dollar market cap.

With a flair for making anything beautiful, his great joy is blending function with style. Working with many large clients from around the globe, Ryan consistently pushes the boundaries of conventional design.
Bill brings decades of International experience in the automotive and electronics industries. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Bill has served in capacities as CEO, COO and V.P. of Business Development in both startups and in established International organizations. Having at one time designed, manufactured, and imported his own line of Low Speed electric vehicles, Bill has worked domestically with GM, Chrysler and with most every serious auto manufacturer in China. Bill's breadth of knowledge and his tactical background blends well with our mission at Taqyon Quantum Materials.
