Mr. Goldenberger is has served in senior executive positions for over thirty years. He currently operates North Rose Capital; a consultancy and personal investment vehicle. He serves on the board of directors of DLC Holdings; a publicly traded company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange; Ventures Exchange. He has served on several other public boards of directors in the past.
Mr. Goldenberger has served in various executive capacities at software and communications companies, including CEO and CFO. He began his career in the banking industry in the US. He has assisted in successful fund-raising activities; both public and private in the US, Canada, China, and Latin America. He currently advises international companies in their needs for market entry and legal structure.
Mr. Goldenberger graduated from the University of Washington School of Economics; and the Foster School of Business. He is married and resides in Kirkland Washington.
Mr. Kobayashi brings over 35 years of strategic, legal and executive experience to Assisto.health. For many years, Mr. Kobayashi was a partner at a regional law firm in Seattle, Washington, with expertise in corporate law and intellectual property transactions. Mr. Kobayashi is a frequent guest lecturer and has presented to global 1000 business executives, and lawyers, judges, and state bar associations around the country, on legal discovery of electronic information. Mr. Kobayashi is a member of the Washington State Bar Association; and earned his B.A. from the University of Washington and his J.D. from the School of Law, University of California at Berkeley.

As General Director Mr. Saade oversees the strategic direction and leads business development for Assisto Health Solutions, leveraging his outstanding people skills and a large network of contacts to identify opportunities and close sales. Mr. Saade also cultivates the company's growing list of strategic partnerships around the world.
Mr. Saade built a start-up technical services company into an international telecommunications company with sales of over US$50M. The company had over fifty agreements with both incumbent Government and non-government telecommunications companies around the world. The company was sold to a company backed by early investors in MCI and Worldcom. As an appointed special representative to the International Telecommunications Union (a United Nations governing body) he established strategic relationships with many of the policy makers within the ITU that have engendered personal and business relationships with key decision makers in both government and the private sector throughout the Middle-East and Mediterranean regions.
Mr. Saade has been actively involved in the Health industry since 2008, he was instrumental in building one of the first EMR companies for small and medium care clinic centers and also one of the first companies in the US to enter the Personal Health Record (PHR) market.
Mr. Saade has extensive experience in international business development working with and through the US-Arab Chamber of commerce, accompanying delegations abroad and hosting delegations in the US. Mr. Saade has worked with private and publicly traded companies in the US & Europe to enhance their business and develop new business in the Middle East & Africa.
Mr. Perron leads the Technology and Technical Product Management Teams at Assisto. Mr. Perron has more than 25 years of experience in information technology. His career includes executive management and project management, process and systems architecture, international research and development, and marketing. He is an internationally recognized health and life sciences technology expert, extensive experience in the, transportation and travel, bioinformatics, aerospace, and professional and academic training sectors. Mr. Perron has built software that is used by some of the world's largest companies and that serves millions of users. He is an expert in the Microsoft .NET stack and is recognized by Microsoft as a Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional) for his contributions and thought leadership in the software community. Mr. Perron leads the development team and overseeing technology standards and practices within the company. and is passionate about agile engineering and methodologies.
During his career, he has been involved in executive management, SOA and Blockchain solution architecture, MVP development, international research and development, and business development. As the CTO of Assisto.health, he drives the healthcare product evolution roadmap and competitive intelligence. Mr. Perron works effectively at all levels of the company, including senior management. He has extensive experience in facilitating workshops, modeling, architecture and writing summary reports.
With over 25+ years of experience, Mr. Irvine has taken concepts and turned them into successful businesses and exists. Mr. Irvine provides brand/media/technology strategies and is experienced in transitioning private companies to public. He has a strong background in healthcare and information technology and has pioneered the development of integrated media and immersive experiential marketing platforms that connect brands and consumers across multiple distribution channels. Mr. Irvine's strong strategic planning skills coupled with real world implementation experience lead to realistic planning and delivery that focuses on meeting measurable goals and objectives.
