Diane has worked with the team for over 25 years and is responsible for administration and client-related services. She has over 28 years of experience in the financial services industry. Diane is married to her husband Larry and their blended family consists of her two children, his three children and their four grandchildren. They enjoy their family, walks in Maumee State Park and fishing in Lake Erie.
Mark has been a financial advisor since 2016. He joined the financial services industry after teaching at the university level for 10 years, most recently at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Recognizing the correlation between lifelong learning and future growth, he has evolved his pursuits in service to others concentrating on the long-term planning necessary to realize personal goals. Mark is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and is committed to the CFP® Board's ethical standards prioritizing clients' interests first, acting as a fiduciary when providing financial advice. Working with others has been a pleasure for him and he develops honest, sincere relationships with whom he works.
Mark and his wife Jordan live in Maumee with their three sons Alexander, Julian, and Adrian. They stay active mentally and physically spending time at the local Metro Parks, the Toledo Museum of Art and gardening at home. Whenever possible they enjoy camping, fishing for trout, and foraging wild edible plants and mushrooms in Upper Michigan at their solar powered tiny cabin hand built in 2014.

Since 1987, Bob has grown his practice through a solid work ethic, conservative investment ideology and a strong commitment to client service. Bob has extensive financial services experience and has held senior positions at Smith Barney, Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo Advisors and now the Private Wealth Management firm of Baird, where he is a Senior Vice President and Private Investment Manager.
Prior to entering the financial services industry in 1987, Bob was owner and operating manager of specialty dessert stores. Leading into that experience, Bob and his wife Jenelle lived in Anchorage, Alaska for 11 years, where he was a general contractor and real estate developer.
Bob and Jenelle live in Holland, Ohio. They have four daughters and four grandsons. Bob previously served as Chairman of the foundation board of Sunshine, Inc. He is active in his community, the local arts and is a competitive long-distance runner and triathlete.
