Crystal Wilson - CEO

Crystal Wilson was born and raised on the Peninsula. After graduating from Old Dominion University, she worked for several municipalities in the Tidewater region to include James City County and the City of Virginia Beach. Her career in Parks and Recreation eventually took her north where she was able to do the work she loves planning and executing events for large and small scale populations. She has a love of history and music, and loves being on the water. Crystal serves as the Chief Executive Officer and was responsible for the vision and initiation of the development and construction of The Maine of Williamsburg. Her vision for The Maine of Williamsburg has always been to provide a safe place that "welcomes all in the name of love and acceptance".

Jason Stadie

Job Titles:
  • Event Coordinator
Jason graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. He has extensive experience working in many facets of the hospitality industry to include leadership and development, event planning, hotel and restaurant operations, catering, guest services, and risk and safety management.

McKenzie Riley

Mckenzie Riley was born and raised in Williamsburg, VA. She graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Hospitality Management. After gaining experience in the hospitality industry and graduating, she was ecstatic to move back to Williamsburg and work alongside family at The Maine of Williamsburg as an Event Coordinator, doing her favorite things- meeting people and helping create beautiful memories!

Tracy Hannigan - COO

Tracy Hannigan serves as the Chief Operating Officer and brings extensive leadership, planning and operational experience from an exciting 34-year career in Parks, Recreation & Tourism in Northern Virginia. Tracy is driven to exceed guest expectations, create amazing opportunities and enjoys building relationships with guests and members of the community. She enjoys living in Williamsburg with her family and numerous "fur babies", and being outdoors on her tractor and her hands in the garden.
